Function
- Main function: Detect conductive liquid, such as water leakage, water level, and ponding.
- Switch. “On” means power on; “off “means power off.
- Alarm: when the probe detected the conductive liquid, it will emit a 130 dB loud sound and the messaged will be sent to the phone to remind the owner
- Choose the duration of alarm sound:
Press the SET button:
One beep is alarming 10s
Two beeps are alarming 20s
Three beeps are alarming 30s
How to use the Download App
https://smartapp.tuya.com/smartlife
- Android: Download “Smart Life” from GooglePlay
- ISO iPhone: Download “Smart Life” from the app store.
Run App
- Run “Smart Life” from your smartphone.
- Register and log in.
Note
- Open the phone setting to ensure smart life app notification permission is turned on.
- Open the APP camera permission
- Make sure to connect 2.4GHz wif Network as the sensor does not support 5GHz wifi yet.
Add water detector device:
-
Add alarm manually
A. Click ‘add device’ in the “My Home” interface of the APP —Randomly click on the WIFI device to enter the distribution network.
B. Press and hold the “SET” button for 3s, making sure the indicator light is flashing.
C. Follow the instruction to complete the network distribution operation. -
Scan code to add an alarm
A. Click “add device” in the “My Home” interface of APP—Click on the top right corner of the scan, and then scan QR code into the distribution network.
B. Press and hold the “SET” button for 3s, making sure the indicator light is flashing.
C. Follow the instructions to complete the network distribution operation.
Linkage instruction
- Click alarm device—Enter device interface.
- Click on the upper right corner of the device interface—Enter device Setting.
- Click ‘one-click execution and automation’ to associate the sensor to complete the association
Share & Push Notification:
- Click alarm device—Enter device interface.
- Click on the upper right corner of the device interface—Enter device Setting.
- Click ‘Shared device” – add a Shared account to complete the sharing operation.
More service Settings
- Click on the bottom right corner Me—More Services —Select service.
