INSTRUCTIONS

Create a cutout in a surface for the charger to drop into, the cutout should measure 4.5″ x 2.75″.

Place wires first into cutout, connect the black wire to ground. Connect the red wire to a 12 volt 2 amp power source.
Clean surface and charger where they will meet. Use adhesive to seal charger to top of cutout surface. -
Place your phone down (back towards the charger), your phone should indicate that charging has started.
