  • Without other Zigbee hub,directly support Amazon Echo Smart Speaker to config the Controller. After pa ired,you can use the Alexa APP or Voice to control the devices.
  • Support access to Samsung SmartThings hub, Amazon Echo Plus, Amazon Echo Show(2nd). eWeLink hub or other Zigbee HA hub.
    Electric lights, plug, fans, motors, refrigerators, washing machines, water heaters and other appliances with power less than 2200W can be connected to the controller.

Wiring Method : Directly insert the wire to the connector aperture.

If it is a hard wire, it can be stripped 8-10mm and directly insert the wire into the hole of the live and neutral line. If it is a soft wire, you can strip 7-9mm and insert the wire into the VE1008 terminal, then press it with a diagonal clamp. After this , you can insert the terminal into the hole of the live and neutral line. You can also put the screwdriver into the small hole on the front of the controller and press,thus you can insert the wire into the hole of the live and neutral line. If you need to pull out the installed wires, you can put the screwdriver into the small hole on the front of the controller.

Configuration Steps

  1. Confirm that the red indicator of Zigbee OnOff Controller is flashing. If the indicator is always on, press and hold the side button (the small hole on the side of the controller) until the indicator is flashing or powered off the Controller and then power on for 3-8s. Repeat five times, then the Controller enter config mode, the red indicator will flash.
  2. Ask, “Alexa, discover my devices.”
  3. Wait for the Zigbee OnOff Controller indicator to be always on, and the Controller is connected to echo plus or echo show(2nd).
  4. Ask, “Alexa, turn off first light.” This will turn the Controller off.
  5. You can use Amazon Alexa APP to add group, routines or modify device names such as bedroom light or office switch, At this point you can use the Alexa APP or Voice to control the devices.

  1. Confirm that the red indicator of Zigbee OnOff Controller is flashing.   4. Ask, “Alexa, discover my devices.” can add Controller to Amazon Smart Home.
  5. You can use SmartThings APP or Alexa APP to add group, routines or modify device names such as bedroom light or office switch, At this point you can use the Alexa APP or Voice to control the devices.

Alexa APP

  1. In the Alexa APP interface click’ +’ icon ,You can add devices and groups. In The device list interface you can control or modify the device type and name, as shown in the following picture

  3. In the Alexa APP Routines interface you can set up some devices and events (Ask, “Alexa, good morning:’ It will turn on the bedroom lights, open the curtains, and forecast the weather, traffic conditions, to-do items, etc.)

  1. In the SmartThings APP interface click’ +’ icon, You can add and modify devices
