IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:
- READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS.
- To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put cord, plugs, or the appliance in water or other liquid.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Turn the appliance OFF, then unplug from the outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts and before cleaning. To unplug, grasp the plug and pull from the outlet. Never pull from the power cord.
- Avoid contacting moving parts.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Contact our customer service telephone number at (86)-(0757-28878179 for information on examination, repair, or adjustment.
- The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
- Do not let cord contact hot surfaces, including the stove.
- Check the coffee bean hopper for presence of foreign objects before using.
- Do not use this appliance for other than its intended use.
CAUTION: Do not immerse in water!
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- A. Transparent Lid: Convenient for checking grinding process; only works when the lid is in the right position.
- B. Blade: For grinding Coffee or spices.
- C. Main Body: Protects from inner electrical parts.
- D. Power Button: Turns the appliance on and off.
- E. Base: With anti-skid function.
- F. Coffee Scoop: Easily transfer coffee beans to the grinder.
- G. Cleaning Brush: For cleaning coffee grinds off of the blade and lid after use.
BEFORE FIRST USE
- Take the appliance out of the packaging and remove any stickers or accessories.
- Clean all of the detachable parts then dry completely before using.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
HOW TO USE
- Plug the appliance into an outlet.
- Grinding coffee beans:

A. Add some coffee beans into the grinder (<50g), then cover with the lid and turn clockwise until you hear it click into place.

B. Press the Power button to start grinding. The degree of fines depends on how long the appliance runs for.
Note: General, grinding coffee beans within 15 seconds but do not more than 20 seconds! -
C. Stop pressing the Power button when you have reached your desired level of fineness, and the machine will stop working. Then unscrew the lid counter clockwise and pour out the ground coffee into a container or directly into a coffee filter for brewing.

D. Finally, clean up the grinder by wiping the inside to remove any remaining grinds or use a small cleaning brush.
Notes: -
A. Only suitable for grinding coffee beans and spices, please do not use it for grinding wet food.

B. Before using, make sure that the lid is turned clockwise and that you hear it click into place, otherwise the grinder would not work.

C. When the grinder is working do not unscrew the lid.

D. Release the Power button when done grinding, then unscrew the lid to pour out the coffee grounds.
Notes: -
E. When grinding coffee beans or spices do not exceed 50g.

F. When working is done, please rest the machine more than one minute and then rework.

G. If the blade is stuck, stop pressing the Power Button so that grinder stops. Remove the lid and carefully dislodge whatever is stuck in the blade. Place the lid back on and continue grinding.
CLEAN AND MAINTENANCE
NOTE: Before cleaning, please remember to wait for the blade to stop rotating and unplug the grinder from the outlet.
- After grinding, pour out the ground coffee into a container or coffee filter, then clean the grinder with a dry towel or with a cleaning brush. Do not clean the machine grinder with water.
- Wipe the body of grinder with a soft towel.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
This warranty applies to products sold by Galan Americas in the U.S. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty and expressly applies to the individual product only.
Galatz product is warranted for one year following purchase for defects in material and workmanship. Please save your receipt as proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim. During this period, we will provide the purchase price of this product, a replacement or the equivalent, or repair per our discretion.
The warranty cannot be transferred through resale, including the resale
through a 3rd party unauthorized retailer and is only bestowed up on the
original consumer purchaser upon purchase
from an authorized retailer.
■ This warranty does not cover and excludes damage or defects caused by:
– Consumer misuse
-Abuse
– Neglect including the failure to clean and/or provide adequate regular
maintenance as outlined in the user manual
– Commercial use
– Subjecting the product to any voltage outside the specified range
– Loss of parts
– The affixing of any attachments not provided with the product Accident
– Use in a manner not intended and outlined in the user manual.
■ Any subsequent damages caused by the above listed exclusions will not be
covered and any claims determined to meet the above exclusions will be denied.
All liability is limited to the purchase price and does not include any:
– Retail offered extended warranties
-Tax
– Other charges(including postage to send required materials) Incidental
and/or consequential damages associated with the product in question.
Every implied warranty, including any statutory warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is disclaimed except to the extent prohibited by law, in which case such warranty is limited to the duration of this written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other legal rights that vary depending on where you live. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or special, incidental, or consequential damaged, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
