  • Before exercising, please wear suitable workout shoes. Do not exercise barefoot to avoid foot injury.

  • When starting training with this product, consider your physical condition and train properly and regularly to ensure that you have enough h physical strength to train. Incorrect or excessive training could harm your health.
    Those who feel uncomfortable or have any condition preventing against exercise are advised not to use the rower.

  • Parents are advised to take care of the elderly and children during use. It is strongly recommended that they stay clear of the rowing machine.

  • Improper usage, unauthorized modification or removal of machine parts, and if noting preventative accidents and other injuries are not at the fault of the rowing machine or product quality.

  • This machine is intended for home use. It is not suitable for professional training and testing. It should not be used for medical purposes.

  • If the power cord is damaged, contact the manufacturer for replacement or professional service personnel to avoid accidental injury or further damage. Check all parts before use to ensure that the screws and nuts are tightened in place.

  • Do not wear loose or baggy clothing to avoid getting caught in the rowing machine. Do not let children or pets play around this machine to avoid accidental injury.

  • Place the rowing machine on a clean, level surface to ensure that there are no sharp objects nearby. Do not use the rowing machine near water or heat sources.

  • Keep hands and feet away from all moving parts. Do not place hands or feet in the gaps under the rowing machine.

  • Only one person can use the rowing machine at a time.

  • Only use the accessories provided by the original manufacturer. Do not add any additional parts not provided by the manufacturer.

Power Supply

  • Avoid using the same socket and/or circuit used by other electrical equipment.
  • Insert the power cord directly into the socket. Do not allow looseness. Use qualified sockets to avoid danger. If the plug and socket are not compatible, do not touch the plug and ask an electrician for assistance. The voltage used is 100-24OV with a 50/60 HZ power supply.
  • Do not allow the power cord to come into contact with the roller. Do not place the power supply on the machine. Do not use a damaged plug.
  • Do not plug in or unplug the power plug with wet hands.
  • Remove the plug from the socket before performing cleaning and maintenance on the rowing machine.

BEFORE ASSEMBLY

  • Read the assembly instructions carefully before assembling the rowing machine. Assemble the rowing machine according to the instructions.
  • Remove all packaging and place on a clean floor so that the overall installation
  • will be easier.
  • Check the packing list to ensure all parts are present.
  • Use caution when handling tools. Do not force installation during rowing machine assembly.
  • Put any remaining tools away and properly dispose of loose packaging materials. Plastics and foams are hazardous to children and pets.
  • Installation of the rowing machine must be done by an adult or a professional if necessary.

ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the rowing machine from the package and place it on the ground (As shown in Figure A).

  2. Hold the pull pin with your hand and pull it out. Rotate the pull pin to lower the column. Put it in the designated position and replace the pull pin. (As shown in Figure B-C)

Install the slide rail set. Then, install the rear joint and the Stopper into the slide rail set. Use the 5 mm and 6 mm type Allen wrenches, 2 M8”2O semi- circular hexagon socket head cap screws, 2 curved washers, and 1 M835 hexagon socket head cap screw to secure the slide rail set (As shown in Figure D, but do not lock screws). Repeat for the other side.

Load the cushion into the slide rails. (As shown in Figure E)

Install the rear support and stopper into the slide rail set. Use the 5 mm, 6.mm type hex wrench, 2 M8
20 semi-circular hexagon socket head cap screws, 2 curved washers, and l M8*35 hexagon socket head cap screw to lock the Rear Support. Finally, lock all the screws (As shown in Figure F).

FOOT PEDAL ASSEMBLY

To install the foot pedals, locate the two brackets on the inside of the rails. Insert the sides of the foot pedals’ connected bar into the brackets (As shown in Figure G).

Once the foot pedals’ have been placed into the brackets, use the provided Locking Pins to secure the foot pedals in place. Locate the opening in the bracket that aligns with the hole in the side of the foot pedals’ bar. Insert the Locking Pin all the way through (As shown in Figure H). Repeat for the other side.

USER INSTRUCTIONS

  • USE ROWING MACHINE
    Pulp in the power cord. A “click” sound will be heard and the meter will also light up. If the seat does not slide smoothly during use, add a small amount of oil in the track.ASSEMBLY Instructions

  • GETTING ON AND OFF ROWER
    Please Note: When getting on or off the rower, we suggest the seat be moved all the way back to help prevent the seat from sliding out from underneath you.

  • STANDARD ROWING ACTION
    Start: Place feet on the foot pedals and use the straps to secure feet. Exercise with the muscles of the hips.

  • Drive/Paddle Stage:
    Push with the legs by pressing the heels against the pedal and pushing away from the rowing machine. Open the hips to move the body until the legs are fully extended.

  • Finish/Extension:
    Keep back straight while using the leg, ab, and upper back muscles to maintain good form. Use the arms to pull the handle back toward the body while keeping the shoulders relaxed.

  • Window 1 : Displays time, number of strokes and distance.
    TIME = Duration of exercise. When “TIME” indicator is lit, Window l shows the current number of strokes. When the “DISTANCE” indicator is lit: Window 1 shows the distance rowed in meters.

  • Window 2 : Displays number of strokes per minute and estimated time required to row 500 meters.
    When the “COUNT/min” indicator is lit: Window 2 shows the number of strokes per minute. When the “Sec/500 meter” indicator is lit: Window 2 shows the estimated time required to row 500 meters.

  • Window 3 : Always displays resistance.
    Note: The display in Normal Mode will change every 5 seconds. The display in Hold Mode does not change.

  • BUTTON DESCRIPTION
    Start/Stop: When stopped, the display data clears Pause/Resume: When resumed, the display data appears Resistance Reduction

  • DAILY MAINTENANCE
    Rowing machine maintenance
    Proper maintenance is the only way to keep your rowing machine in top functional condition. Improper or negligent maintenance can damage or shorten the life of the rowing machine.

  • Important Reminder
    Do not use a rag or solvent to clean the rowing machine. The controller of the rowing machine should not be exposed to direct sunlight hit or moisture to avoid damage.
    Always check and lock all parts of the rowing machine, replace defective parts immediately, and/or leave the equipment idle for repair.

  • Clean Up
    Frequently clean to ensure the life of the rowing machine.
    Warning: When cleaning the rowing machine, turn the power off unplug the power cord from the outlet.
    After each use: Wipe the rowing machine and other parts with a clean towel or damp cloth to remove sweat and debris.
    Note: Do not use corrosive materials or liquid materials, so as not to damage electronic components.
    Do not expose the electronic components direct sunlight.
    Weekly: Clean the ground every week to clean the dirt and other debris on the ground.
    Keep the rowing machine in a clean, dry environment.

Moving and Storage
The rowing machine comes installed with wheels for easy movement and storage. Make sure the rowing machine is off and unplugged before moving.

WARNING
Before using this rowing machine, please consult a doctor and have a complete health check. Always obtain a doctor’s permission before frequent and intense exercise. If there is any discomfort or pain while using the rowing machine, immediately stop using and consult a doctor. The rowing machine should be used correctly. Please read the manual carefully before exercise.
Keep children and pets away from the rowing machine while in use or left unattended. Wear appropriate clothing, including sports shoes, while exercising. Avoid wearing loose clothes during exercise to avoid getting caught in the rowing machine.
Make sure all bolts and nuts are tightened when using the rowing machine. To keep the rowing machine in top functional condition, perform regular maintenance.

Before you start using
How to get started with a fitness prog ram depends on current physical condition. If you have been physically inactive for a prolonged period of time, start slow and gradually increase exercise time for a few minutes at a time per week.
At the beginning, you may only be able to exercise for a few minutes at the target heart rate range.
Your aerobic fitness will improve in about six to eight weeks. Exercise at a comfortable and steady pace.
Consult a doctor before starting an exercise or training program. Ask a doctor to review your training and diet plan and advise on the exercise plan.
Set fitness goals with a doctor to ensure that the plan is realistic and attainable. Always check the pulse. If there is no electronic pulse reader, ask a doctor how to measure the pulse from the wrist or neck. In addition, set the target heart rate based on age and physical condition.
Drink plenty of water during exercise to prevent dehydration. Avoid drinking ice water or beverages in excess. It is advised that water or beverages should be at room temperature.

TROUBLESHOOTING

The product is designed to be reliable and easy to use. If you have problems, please read the following questions carefully:

Problem: Meter does not display.
Solution: Check if the power cord is plugged in, if the plug is loose, or if the power switch is turned on.

Problem: Sudden power outage during use
Solution: Check if the power cord is securely connected.
