IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

  1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS.
  2. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs. Use oven mitts or potholders.
  3. To protect against electric shock do not immerse cord, plugs, or appliance in water or other liquid.

This appliance may be used and cleaned by children age 8 and older or by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, ONLY IF they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  5. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
  6. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
  7. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions, or has been damaged in any manner. Bring it to adjustment.L NOTE: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THE UNIT YOURSELF. THIS WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
  8. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
  9. Do not use outdoors.
  10. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
  11. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
  12. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
  13. To disconnect, press and pull any active fryer basket(s) out of the Air Fryer body. Remove plug from wall outlet.
  14. Do not use appliance for other than intended use. 15. When using the crisping tray(s), make sure they are properly inserted into each air fryer basket before cooking.
  15. Make sure the crisping tray is in place before adding food to be air fried.
  16. Always make sure any active fryer basket is fully inserted and locked into the front of the Air Fryer before operation.

WARNING: Air Fryer will not operate unless the active fryer baskets are fully closed.
CAUTION: After hot air frying, roasting, broiling, baking, or reheating, the fryer baskets, crisping trays (if used) and the cooked foods are hot. Extreme caution must be used when handling the hot Air Fryer baskets and crisping trays.

CAUTION HOT SURFACES: This appliance generates heat and may release steam during use. Proper precautions must be taken to prevent the riskof burns, fires, or other injury to persons or damage to property.
CAUTION: This appliance is hot during operation and retains heat for some time after turning OFF. Always use oven mitts when handling hot materials and allow metal parts to cool before cleaning. Do not place anything on top of the appliance while it is operating or while it is hot.

  1. All users of this appliance must read and understand this instruction manual before operating or cleaning this appliance.

  2. The cord to this appliance should be plugged into a 220-240V AC electrical outlet only.

  3. If this appliance begins to malfunction during use, press and pull any active fryer basket(s) out of the body. Remove plug from wall outlet. Do not use or attempt to repair the malfunctioning appliance. Contact Consumer Service.

  4. Do not immerse power cord in any liquid. If the power cord to this appliance is damaged, it must be replaced.

  5. Keep the cord out of reach from children and infants to avoid the risk of electric shock and choking.

  6. Place the Dual Basket Air Fryer on a flat, stable, heat-resistant work area.

  7. Do not obstruct the air outlet or air inlets on the back and sides of the Air Fryer, with any objects. Avoid escaping steam from the air outlet during air frying.

  8. Keep appliance at least 10 cm away from walls or other objects during operation.

  9. Always use each fryer basket handle to remove each fryer basket.
    WARNING: Under- or over-filling the fryer basket may damage the Air Fryer and could result in serious personal injury.

  10. Never move a hot Air Fryer or an Air Fryer containing hot food.

Allow to cool before moving.

WARNING: This Air Fryer should not be used to boil water.
WARNING: This Air Fryer should never be used to deep fry food.

Before using for the first time

  1. Remove all packing materials, promotional labels and tape from the appliance. Check and make sure there are no broken accessories.
  2. Take the basket and crisper plate out of the box and place on a flat surface. Clean with a non-abrasive sponge, warm water and dish washing liquid. Rinse with clean water and allow to dry.
  3. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance and make sure it is dry before using.

Connecting to Wi-Fi

  1. Scan the following QR code to download the Tuya Smart app from the App Store or the Google PlayStore.

  2. Log in to the Tuya Smart app.
    Note: If you do not yet have a registered account, please register an account first and then perform the following operations.

  3. Plug the cord into a wall socket. The power button now turns red.

  4. Press the power button and hold for 5 seconds. Wait for the Wi-Fi icon to flash.

  5. Press the power button again. The power icon turns green.

  6. Go to the app homepage, click + on the upper right corner and select the appliance you wish to add.

  7. Press the operation prompt to enter the Wi-Fi password.

  8. Complete the pairing process and customize the appliance name.

Using the app

  1. After the configuration has been successfully completed, you will be able to control the Wi-Fi light switch with the app.
  2. The timer can be set for each group on the app.
  3. Control of the appliance can be shared with your family or friends via the app.

Using the appliance

  1. Plug the cord into a wall socket. The Power button now turns red. Press the power button to turn the appliance on. The Power button turns green.
    Note: After the appliance has been turned on, it will power off automatically if there is no activity within 1 minute.

  2. Make sure the crisper plate is in the basket.

  3. Press the Menu button to switch between the 8 cooking functions. The French fries icon flashes first and the other 7 are illuminated white.

  4. Press the Temp buttons or to set the desired cooking temperature. The temperature can be adjusted in increments of 5 °C.

  5. Press the Time buttons or to set the desired cooking time. The time can be adjusted in increments of 1 minute.
    Note: The adjustment time range is 1-60 minutes and the temperature range 80-200 °C. A cooking manual detailing 8 cooking functions is included on the following pages.

  6. Place the ingredients on the crisper plate and place the basket in the appliance.

  7. Press the Start/Pause button to start.

  8. Press the Start/Pause button to pause. The Power button flashes green. Press the menu button to re-select the cooking functions.

  9. When cooking is complete, press the Power button to turn off the appliance. The digital displays turns off and the appliance stops after 20 seconds. The Power button turns red.

  10.  Remove ingredients by tipping them out or by using oven mitts or silicone-tipped tongs/utensils.

Note: This table shows the default temperature and time settings for the items in the preset menu. You can use the time and temperature buttons to adjust to your desired time or temperature.

After using the air fryer

  1. Clean the appliance thoroughly after every use. Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
    CAUTION: Do not immerse the housing of the appliance in water or any liquid when cleaning. Do not use coarse abrasives, caustic cleaners, or oven cleaners to clean this appliance.

  2.  Use a damp cloth to wipe the main unit and the control panel clean.

  3. Clean the crisper plate and basket with warm water, washing-up liquid and a non-abrasive sponge.NOTE: The crisper plate and basket are dishwasher-safe.

  4.  If required, place the crisper plate or basket in a sink filled with warm water and lightly brush to remove any attached food residue.

  5. Make sure all parts are clean and dry before storing or using the appliance again.

  6.  Store the air fryer in a safe, cool, dry place.
    NOTE: Do not place heavy objects on top of the air fryer during storage as this may damage the appliance. Keep it away from children.

Q&A

Q: What does E1 or E2 mean on the display?
A : The display shows error codes E1 or E2 when the system has short- circuited. The appliance will shut down and all functions will be blocked. Allow the appliance to cool down and then turn it on again.
Q:What should I do if the air fryer has not properly cooked the food?
A: Check whether the basket is too full. Use smaller batches of food in the basket to fry more evenly. Alternatively the temperature may be set too low. If so, you should increase the temperature.
Q:What should I do if the air fryer fries food unevenly?
A: Certain types of food need to be shaken halfway through their cooking time. This applies particularly to food that lies on top of, or across, other food, for example fries.
Q:What should I do if the fried snacks are not crispy when they come out of the air fryer?
A: Use oven snacks or lightly brush the snacks with oil for a crispier result..
