Safety Precautions

Read these safety instructions before using your device and store them for possible future reference.

  •  The device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacity. Persons who have not read the manual, unless they have received explanations from a person responsible for their safety and supervision should not use this unit.
  • Children should be monitored to ensure that they do not play with the device.
  • The device should always be readily accessible.
  • The device should not be exposed to dripping or splashing water.
  • No objects filled with liquids such as vases shall be placed on the device.
  • Always leave a minimum distance of 10 cm around the unit to ensure sufficient ventilation.
  • Open flame sources, such as candles, should not be placed on top of the device.
  • The device is intended for use only in a temperate climate.
  • At full volume, prolonged listening to the portable audio device may damage the user’s hearing and cause hearing troubles (temporary or permanent deafness, hearing drone, tinnitus, hyperacusis).
  • So, we recommend not to listen to the portable audio device at high audio volume and no more than one hour per day at medium audio volume.
  • CAUTION: Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced or not replaced by the same type or equivalent.
  • The battery should not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire, or similar.
  • Different types of batteries, new and used batteries should not be mixed.
  • The battery must be installed according to the polarity.
  • If the battery is worn, it must be removed from the product.
  • The battery must be disposed of safely. Always use the collection bins provided (check with your dealer) to protect the environment.
  • The battery can’t be replaced by the user, but only by the maker of this product, the after-sales department, or a qualified person.

SWITCH OFF IN RESTRICTED AREAS

Switch the device off where the use of the device is not allowed or where there is a risk of causing interference or danger, for example onboard an aircraft, near medical equipment, fuel, chemicals or blasting sites.

ROAD SAFETY COMES FIRST

  • Concentrate fully on the driving
  • Radio signals could affect some of the car’s electronic systems such as the audio stereo and alarm systems.

All wireless devices are susceptible to interference which may affect their performance.
All our device conforms to international standards and regulations, and if need be national ones, with a view to limiting user exposure to electromagnetic fields. These standards and regulations were adopted after the completion of extensive scientific research. This research established no link between the use of the mobile headset and any adverse effects on health if the device is used in accordance with standard practices.

Pairing

  1. Please ensure that earbuds and charging cases are charged. If not please charge them.
  2. Open the charging case and take out both earbuds. You will hear a voice “DONG DONG”, your earbuds are connected to each other and ready to be paired, LED light of right earbud will be flashing quickly.
  3. Search on your mobile device Bluetooth function and connect it to the device name “BLP4899”. If successful, you will hear “connected” and the LED light will turn off.

Charging

  1. Earbuds Put them on the charging case to start charging. The LED lights up red on both headphones and green on the charging box until full charge, after the LED, will turn off. When the headphones load, the number on the charging box flashes for each of them.
  2. Charging case Charge your charging case with the USB/Type C cable provided. The green number will flash until showed “100”.
  • About the single and both earbuds use When you connected both earbuds with the device. You can put anyone piece into a charging case. It will not affect another one’s use. And when you take the earbud out of the case, it still can be dual paired status with another one.
  • About auto power-off When you take the earbuds out of the case but are not connected with the device within 3 minutes, the earbuds will power off automatically.
  • About low battery When earbuds in low battery status, it will voice you “low battery, please charge». At this time, please put the earbuds into the case for a charge.
  • Whether pairing successes If pairing failed. The 2 earbuds will not be connected at the same time. You can put them into a case and take them out again and wait for a 5s try.
  • Confirm whether both earbuds turn on If only one earbud can hear sounds, please check whether both earbuds have power or not. If not please charge first. Turn on have 2 way:1. Take the earbuds out from the case;2. Long tap about 4-6s.
  • Confirm the charging case have power or not When the charging case is under a low battery or no power status, it can’t recognize earbuds. Whatever turn on/off. Also, the case green LED light will show”00” or nothing.
  • If earbuds are put in the case cannot charge Please check the earbuds bottom point whether covered other stuff. It will affect the earbuds charging function. Also, need to keep my earbuds and charging case clear. If dirty, you can use alcohol to wipe.
