SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Please read ALL instructions carefully before using the Foot & Back Massager for the first time. We recommend that you keep this manual for future reference, even if you are familiar with the product. Improper use or unauthorized repairs are not permitted for safety reasons and wi/1 lead to loss of warranty. The basic safety precautions should always be followed. Failure to comply with this manual may cause fire, electric shock, and other serious injuries.

• This product is not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition or to replace the treatment from healthcare professionals. Always consult your physician before using any massagers. Please STOP using and consult your healthcare provider immediately when you feel uncomfortable during use.
• This product should NOT be used by people with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised or given instructions concerning the use of this product in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• This product is NOT A TOY. Please ensure adequate supervision when the product is used by or near children.
• The product is intended for Household Use ONLY. Only use this unit according to the intended purpose as stated in the instructions.
• In case of pregnancy, heart disease, hypertensive disease, osteoporosis, or other illnesses, consult your doctor before using this product.
• Never use this product directly on swollen or inflamed areas or skin eruptions.
• DO NOT use or store the product near sinks, baths, or showers containing water or near running water.
• DO NOT operate the product if any water or other liquids get into the massager.
• DO NOT leave the product unattended when plugged in.
• DO NOT use the product outdoors.
• DO NOT sit or stand on the massager. This product is not designed to support your full body weight.
• DO NOT put any foreign objects into any of the openings on the massager.
• DO NOT place any part of this appliance on or near a hot area. For example, hot gas, electric burner, or heated oven, otherwise, the plastic will melt and cause a fire.
• DO NOT use the product until the massager fabric cover is equipped.
• DO NOT let the skin directly touch the kneading rollers to avoid damage to your skin.
• DO NOT pull the massager fabric cover forcefully.
• The device is fitted with a heating function and has hot surfaces. Persons who are sensitive to heat must be careful when using the device.
• Stop using it if there is any abnormal or severe pain during use.

Electric Safety:

• Before connecting the device to the power supply, please ensure that the supply voltage stated on the rating plate is compatible with your main supply.
• DO NOT operate under blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
• The appliance can only be used with the power adapter that comes with the appliance.
• Unplug IMMEDIATELY and do not use the product if it has malfunctioned or has been damaged in any way. Inspect the product by a qualified person.
• Always unplug this product from the electrical outlet after use and before cleaning.
• DO NOT use this appliance if it has been dropped or any part of the appliance (including the massager fabric cover, cord, or power adapter) has been damaged.
• DO NOT operate the appliance with wet hands or wet feet to reduce the risk of electric shock.

Nekteck Kneading Shiatsu Foot & Back Massager combines the Kneading massage with heat therapy to effectively relieve your tension and fatigue. Designed with a removable top cover, this versatile massager can be used not only on your feet and back, but also on other body areas, like the neck, thighs, and calves. OPERATING INTRODUCTIONS

Setting Up

• Remove all packing material from the massager, and make sure there is no packaging underneath or around the massager. Check if there are any parts damaged or missing during transportation.
• Unwind and plug the power cord into the DC power jack on the massager.
• Connect the power adapter to the socket, then the massager will be ready to work.
• Place the massager on a flat floor in front of your chair.

Note: If you want to turn it into a back massager, a full body massage cushion, or heating pad, unzip the removable top cover and use it to massage your thigh, calves, or back area.

Now your Shiatsu foot & back massager is ready for use!

Massage Operation

Step 1: Turn on the massager
Press the button on the controller. The massager will start a 15-minute massage session. By default, the massager will rotate in a clockwise direction and the heating function will be turned on automatically with illuminated red light on the kneading rollers. If you want to cancel the heating function, press the button, and the red light on the kneading rollers will be turned off.

Note: The kneading function and the heating function can work independently.

Step 2: Adjust the kneading rollers
Press the to adjust the rotating directions of kneading rollers or turn on/off the kneading function. Each press and its corresponding status are shown in the chart below.

Press Twice| The kneading rollers turn off/ stop working
Press Thrice| Back to the default setting
Note| Changing the rotation direction or switching on or off the heating function will not interrupt the 15-minute massage session.

Notes:

• The massager will turn off automatically after a 15-minute massage session.
• Each individual should NOT use the massager or the heating function for over 15 minutes at a time, and NOT use it for over 30 minutes a day.
• Allow the massager to cool down for 30 minutes between uses. Extensive use could cause the appliance to overheat and reduce its lifespan. It is highly recommended to wear socks while using this foot massager.
• Do not use the massager with shoes.
• Press the ON/OFF button to stop the massage anytime during the session.
• DO NOT attempt to stand on this foot massager. Use ONLY when you are seated.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

To Clean

• Unplug the massager and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
• Clean the base only with a soft, slightly damp sponge or cloth.
• DO NOT allow water or any other liquids to get into the massager.
• DO NOT immerse the product in any liquid to clean.
• DO NOT use abrasive cleaners, brushes, or strong chemicals to clean the product, for it might cause damage to the product.

The Fabric Top Cover:

• The fabric top cover can be removed for cleaning
• Hand wash it with water temperature below 30°C
• Do not dry clean
• Do nottumble dry
• Do not iron
• Do not bleach

To Store

• Place the massager in its package box or store it in a safe, dry, and cool place.
• Avoid sharp edges and pointed objects to protect the product from scratching or damaging.
• DO NOT wrap the power cord around the product to avoid breakage
• DO NOT hang the product with the controller cord.
• Keep out of high temperatures.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Troubleshoot your problem by using the chart below. If the Kneading Shiatsu Foot & Back Massager still does not operate correctly, it may be defective.
Please contact a qualified technician. DO NOT try to repair it by yourself. Otherwise, there is a risk of electric shock.

The product suddenly stops working| This is normal. The product has turned off automatically after a 15-minute session| If you want to start another session , press the ON/ OFF button again.
The DC connector is not connected properly to the DC power jack| Check and reconnect the connector and jack port
The product is overused and the overheat protection turns on| Unplug the product and let it cool down completely before using it again
The device is pressed too hard and the kneading rollers get stuck| Press the ON/ OFF button to switch on the massager again
The product stops heating| The heat button has not been pressed| Press the Heat Button, and the kneading rollers should illuminate with red light
The product is abnormally warm| The product is likely to be overused| Unplug the product and let it cool down completely before using it again
