BENEFITS AND FUNCTIONS:

  • The massage nodes simulate “hand massage” and reduces the tension in your muscles.
  • Provides a gentle kneading circular massage to relax the stressed muscles of your body.
  • Each node works like a palm similar to the motion of the hand applying pressure on target areas
  • Effectively relieves tired and stiff muscles
  • Provides a comfortable kneading massage
  • Red lights activate the warm function which helps the muscle to relax
  • Four kneading massage balls with adjustable speed setting: low, medium and high

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:

  • Be sure to clean the unit before and after each use. Make sure to unplug it from the power socket.
  • Please store the unit in a dry and clean place away from dust.
  • When the fabric gets dirty, please use a damp clean cloth or a gentle dirt scrubber to gently clean it. Do not soak the unit in water.
  • Store the unit away from water or any liquid.
  • Please do not use oil, bleach or other corrosive solvents to wipe the machine.

CAUTION:

  • Pregnant women, women with period and patients with severe heart disease
  • Persons with hemorrhagic disease, sepsis, patients with fever
  • Persons with fresh wounds, sensitive skin or tissue, skins allergies, injury, persons who had any recent operation or any medical condition tnat may get affected by the pressure of the massager. Consult your doctor first if you want to be sure or if you have any related medical conditions.

Use with Assistance:

  • Children or persons who are mentally handicapped or mentally disabled should use the unit with assistance from others who know how the machine works.
  • The machine has a HEAT function — people who are sensitive to heat should use the function with precaution.

Forbidden:

  • Please do not use while standing up. Do not sit on the unit and avoid putting too much weight or pressure onto the machine as this will slow down or damage the motor inside and may also cause accidents.
  • Do not use on damaged skin or when your muscle or tissue has inflammation.
  • Do not use the machine when the fabric is broken especially when the nodes inside are exposed.
  • Do not insert your fingers into the rotating_ massage heads, do not play with any hard objects that may damage the soft fabric or cover.
  • Do not remove the unit’s internal parts or components. Please contact our support departmenU manufacturer for repair or assistance.

PULL THE PLUG OUT:

  • For safety, disconnect the power plug from the wall socket after using the unit or anytime the unit is not being usea. Do not plug the unit with wet hands to avoid accidents and injury.

POWER CORD:

  • Do not connect the power cord to a power socket which is beyond the rated voltage or capacity of the unit as it may cause fire, electrical issues and damage to the unit.
  • Hold the power cord carefully and unplug it safely from the power outlet. Do not pull the power cord from fhe wall socl(et to avoid any electrical damage or accidents.
  • If there is any damage on the power cord or any parts of the unit, please contact the support aepartment, the manufacturer or any professional or licensed repair man to help you with the issue.

REMINDERS WHEN OPERATING THE UNIT:

  • Do not use in a wet, moist or dusty environment to avoid electric shock and injury.
  • Do not place the unit near fire, hot surfaces or under direct sunlight
  • Do not use when the unit is damaged, when it is struck by lightning or when any part has malfunctioned or got aamaged.

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS:

  • If you encounter any issues, please read the guidelines below to troubleshoot the unit first.

    Noise lrom the unit when it is operating| If the sound is minimal and if it comes from the kneading massage balls, it is normal. Frictionand pressure between the nodes you’re your muscle/ tissue creates the noise.| Make sure you are not putting too much pressure or weight on the machine.
    Unit does not turn on (Even after pressing the power button)| The power plug is disconnected.
    The power outlet where the plug is connected is defective.
    The required power voltage is not met.| Check the power plug. Make sure it is properly connected.
    Connect to another power outlet. Please check if the power socket supplies the right voltage for the unit.
  • If your concern is not listed or the suggestions did not resolve your product’s issue, please contact the support department or the manufacturer about the issue.

BASIC INSTRUCTIONS ON OPERATING THE UNIT:

  • Insert the power plug into the charging jack. Connect the power cord to a power outlet.
  • Press the ” ” POWER button, this will operate the massage and warm function of the unit
  • Press the” ” CYCLE button. This will make the massage nodes motion turn clockwise or counterclockwise.
  • The product has a 3 speed intensity. To adjust press “111” and choose the speed from low, medium and high.
  • Press the “ ” (heat) button to activate the WARM function. Pressing the button again will turn it off.
  • Press the” ” (power) button to turn off the power after using the unit. Unplug after use

ATTENTION:

  • This product has 15 Min auto-off feature. We recommend that you use it for 15 minutes at a time.
  • Please do not sit or stand on the machine as this will affect its performance and durability.
