Getting started

What’s in the box

This package contains:

• 1x SO ONE Pro Scooter
• 1x Battery charging device
• 1x Extension valve
• 1x User manual
• Set of tools
• 1x Gift card

If one of the items is missing, please contact your authorised supplier immediately.

We recommend keeping your packaging for the length of warranty.

We have designed the packaging to be completely recyclable.
After this date, please recycle it responsibly.
Keep a hold of your box for the duration of your e-scooters warranty.

Setting up your new Scooter

Your new So Flow scooter has been thoroughly checked and part-assembled by our technicians.

It’s almost ready to ride – just follow these simple set-up instructions and you’ll be ready
to go!

1. Raise the stem
   Remove the protective packaging but do not lift the scooter out of the cardboard frame just yet.
   Lift the stem until it clips upright into the frame.
   

2. Secure the latch
   Pull down the latch mechanism until it clips securely.
   Warning!
   Do not ride the scooter if the latch is loose
   

3. Charge the battery
   You can charge your e-scooter by plugging the charging cable into the charging port.
   Once fully charged the charger light will change from red to green.
   

How to fold your scooter

1. Unlock the safety lock
   Before folding the SO ONE Pro, make sure that it is powered off. Hold the front bar, while you pull up the safety latch.
   

2. Fold the stem
   Push and hold the safety button to fold the stem towards the rear end fender.
   

3. Lock the handle bar
   Proceed to fold down and fix it to the rear end of the foot rest and until the folding
   hook is hooked in into the rear buckle.
   

How to use your E-scooter safely

Riding instructions

1. First, turn on your e-scooter by pressing and holding the power button for 2 seconds. The display will switch on.
2. To start riding, lift up the kickstand, place one foot on the footpad and push against the floor with your other foot to propel you forwards.
3. After you’ve pushed yourself forwards, press the throttle with your thumb steadily to start accelerating. You will need to achieve a speed of 3km/h before the throttle will engage.
4. Steer by turning the handlebars left and right. The steering mechanism is sprung loaded to help it return to centre, and to make it easier to steer during prolonged use.
5. You can slow down the e-scooter by pulling the brake lever. Braking activates both the electrical rear brake and the front drum brake.
6. To come to a stop, slow to almost a standstill. Then, place one foot on the ground, leaning slightly onto that foot as you come to a complete stop.

Quick tips to get going

1. The controls
   Use your right thumb to operate the throttle and your left hand for the brake and indicators.

2. Select mode
   Switch on and double press the power button twice to select your riding mode on the display.

3. Push to start
   Simply push off the ground, then press the throttle to activate the motor.
   

SOFLOW APP

You can connect to your Bluetooth-enabled SOFLOW ONE Pro using the app for iOS and Android devices. This enables you to use your smartphone as a dashboard that displays speed, battery level and predicted range, among other metrics.

1. Scan the QR code and install the SOFLOW APP
2. Register / Log-in
3. Power on your Scooter and connect
   

Once successfully connected you can see the dashboard and other useful information.
The scooter can be also locked by swiping the lock function.

1. Choose the scooter menu bar below
2. Search vehicles and your scooter should appear

Usage of “Find My” APP for SO ONE Pro

Users of an Iphone are able to connect the scooter with the “Find my” function to track the
location of the scooter.

Important, for all steps below the scooter screen must be on.

Setup your scooter / Add scooter

1. Open the “Find My” APP.
2. Keep the SO ONE Pro near your Iphone, then tap on + and “add other item”.
3. Press the power button on the scooter for 2 sec. to power on the scooter.
4. Press the left turning button for 7seconds until you hear a signal tone.
5. “SO ONE Pro” will pop up on the Iphone screen, then tap “connect”.
6. Enter a name and choose an Emoji, then tap continue.
7. Tap “Register item to your Apple ID”, then continue again.
8. Tap “Done” to complete the setup.

How to Disable

Press and hold the right turning button 7 seconds until you hear a signal tone, afterwards release the right turning button.

Factory Reset

Press and hold the left turning button and brake lever for 7 seconds until you hear a signal tone, afterwards release both.

How to exit «Disable» state

Press and hold the left turning button 7 seconds until you hear a signal tone, afterwards release the left turning button.

How to switch between «Nearby», «Separated» and «Disconnect»

Nearby

Connection Status Disconnected.

Separated

Nearby status timeout:
Reboot (The battery of this device cannot be removed. Reboot is not supported).

Disconnect

Turn off the Bluetooth on your iPhone.

Essential care tips & advice

1. Keep your tyres inflated
   Get fewer punctures and better e-scooter performance.

2. Look after your battery
   Charge your e-scooter fully at least once a month.

3. Ride safely & responsibly
   Wear a helmet, use lights, indicators and respect local laws.

4. Regular maintenance
   Maintaining your SOFLOW Electric e-scooter regularly, (following the steps in this user manual) helps reduce the risk of issues that would affect your e-scooters performance.
