Before First Use
- Carefully unpack the massager and remove any packaging material.
- Check the power cord and plug for any damage before use.
- Find a comfortable and quiet place to sit and wear the massager
- Turn on the massager and select the desired massage mode.
- If you experience any discomfort or pain during use, stop using it immediately.
- Do not use it on open wounds, swollen or inflamed areas, or areas with skin conditions.
- Keep the massager away from water and do not use it in damp or wet conditions.
- Do not use it while sleeping or if you have a pacemaker or any other medical device implanted.
- Please consult with your doctor before using it if you have any medical conditions.
- When not in use, disconnect the power cord and store it in a cool and dry place.
Operation Instructions
- The main function of this product is to provide heated vibration massage for the shoulder and neck area, with applicability to multiple body parts.
- There are 3 selectable modes, with the default mode being high-frequency continuous vibration. You can switch between modes using the mode button, which includes high-frequency continuous vibration, low-frequency deep vibration, and high-frequency intermittent vibration.
- The intensity can be adjusted across three levels to meet different intensity preferences. The default setting is the low-intensity mode, and you can switch between intensity levels using the intensity button, which includes low-intensity, medium-intensity, and high-intensity modes.
- here are 2 heating options available. The default setting is the low-level heat(indicated by a blue light). You can switch to the high-level heat (indicated by a red light) or turn off the heating function by using the heating button.

Care & Maintenance
- Place the massager in a safe, cool and dry place when not in use.
- After unplugging, wipe with a soft, damp cloth using non-abrasive cleaners.
- Never submerge the unit in any liquid.
- Keep away from all solvents and harsh detergents.
- DO NOT attempt to repair this massager. There are no user-serviceable parts.
