IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
READ AND FOLLOW ALL SAFETY INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS. KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury, including the following:

Read all instructions before using this heater.

Surface of this heater will become hot during use. To avoid burns, do not touch hot surfaces with bare hands. Instead, hold the handles when moving the unit.

High temperature. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains, at least 3 feet (0.9 meters) from the front and top of the radiator. Don’t place anything close to the sides and rear of the radiator.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by the person responsible for their safety.

Do not allow it to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the machine or remote control.

Always unplug the heater when not in use.

Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug after the heater malfunctions, dropped, or damaged in any manner. Instead, discard the heater, or return the heater to an authorized service facility for examination , electrical or mechanical adjustment, or repair.

Do not use it outdoors or on wet surfaces.

Do not handle any part of the plug or machine with wet hands.

Suitable for dry locations ONLY. This heater is not intended for use in bathroom, laundry areas , and similar indoor locations . For example , never place the heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container. Likewise, please do not use or store where it may get wet or in the bathroom’s immediate surroundings, a shower, or a swimming pool.

Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover the cable with throw rugs, runners, or similar.

Do not route the cable under furniture or appliances. Instead, arrange the cable away from the traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
To disconnect the heater, turn it off first, then remove the plug from the outlet. -
Connect to properly grounded outlets only.

Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause electric shock, fire, or damage to the heater.

To prevent a possible fire , do not use any opening or exhaust blocked and keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce airflow. Also, do not put any object into the inlet grill or the exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire or damage to the appliance.

The heater has parts that can spark inside. Please do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable liquids are used or stored.

Use this heater only as described in this User Guide. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, personal injury, or further property damage.

To prevent overload and blown fuses, be sure that no other appliance is plugged into the same outlet (receptacle) or another outlet (receptacle) wired into the same circuit.

If there is a loose fit between the plug and the socket or the plug becomes very hot, the socket may need to be replaced. Check with a qualified electrician to replace the socket.

It is normal for the plug and cord to feel warm to the touch. A plug or cord that becomes hot to the touch or becomes distorted in shape may result from a worn electrical outlet. Worn outlets or receptacles should be replaced before further use of the heater. Plugging the heater into a worn outlet / receptacle may result in overheating of the power cord or fire.

The output of this heater may vary and its temperature may become intense enough to burn exposed skin. Use of this heater is not recommended for persons with reduced sensitivity to heat or an inability to react to avoid burns.

Ensure the heater is on a stable, secure surface to eliminate the potential of tipping it over.

Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet / receptacle . Never use an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).

Be sure that the plug is fully inserted into an appropriate receptacle. Please remember that receptacles also deteriorate due to aging and continuous use: check periodically for signs of overheating or deformations evidenced by the plug. Do not use the receptacle and CALL your electrician.

Check that neither the appliance nor the power cable has been damaged in any way during transportation.

Ensure that no pieces of polystyrene or other packaging material have been left between elements of the appliance. It may be necessary to pass over the appliance with a vacuum cleaner.

Do not attempt to modify or repair the product by yourself. Doing so could void the warranty and cause damage or personal injury. Only a qualified repair technician may disassemble or repair this product.

Choking hazard – This remote control unit contains a small battery. Keep the remote control away from children, and do not swallow the battery. If the battery is swallowed, seek medical advice at once.

Before cleaning, storage, or when not in use, always turn the heater OFF and unplug it from the electrical outlet and allow it to cool.

NOTE: There may be a trace of smoke or odor when the unit is first operated. This indicates that a drop of oil fell on the heating coil during the manufacturing process. It will quickly evaporate and should not re-occur.

IMPORTANT – This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to rig this safety feature.

LED Display
Operations and Functions
- Place the heater on a firm, level, open surface free from obstructions and at least 3ft (0.9m) away from any wall or combustible material.DO NOT use on an unstable surface such as bedding or deep carpeting. BE SURE THE HEATER IS NOT IN A POSITION WHERE IT MAY BE TRIPPED OVER BY CHILDREN OR PETS.
- Plug into an appropriate voltage AC outlet; There will be a “beep” and the Power Light will come on indicating that there is power to the unit. Your heater is now ready for use.
Moving the Heater
- This heater is equipped with a recessed carrying handle for your convenience. Turn off the heater. Allow it to cool for ten minutes. Unplug heater and move.
Power ON/OFF
- Press on the heater / remote control once to turn the heater ON with default settings: Power indicator on red, default high heat mode “HI” on the LED display.
- Press once again to turn the heater OFF and heating element stop working but the fan with a 15-second delay and countdown timer on the display.
Heat Mode
- When the unit is on, repeatedly press on the heater/ remote control to cycle through High (HI) ->Low (LO) -> High (HI) modes.
ECO Mode ( Manual Setting )

When the unit is on, you can press the button to select thermostat mode. The ECO
indicator will light up. The LED screen will display and flash the default temperature 75°F or the last time setting value for 5 seconds. -
During this time, you can press and hold the button on the heater to quickly skip to the
desired temperature ( Or use Temperature + or – buttons on the remote control to select the proper temperature ). The temperature will be changed in 1°F (1°C) increments between
41°F (5°C) to 95°F (35°C). -
The temperature will be set down then the temperature digit icon stop flashing in 5 seconds, the room temperature will be displayed on the screen again once you stop pressing the setting button.
Note:
- If Room tempt (Setting temp+2) °F, the heater will stop working. The fan stop operating in 15 seconds.
- If Room tempt (Setting temp -2) °F, the heater will start working again.
ºF/ºC Temperature Unit Setting
- Press and hold and Buttons on the heater simultaneously for 2 seconds to switch the temperature display between Fahrenheit and Celsius settings.
Auto OFF Timer
- When the unit is on, repeatedly press on the heater/ remote control to cycle through 01-02-03…12-00-01hour timer. When time is up, the unit will automatically turn off. When the timer starts, the TIMER indicator will light up. The heating mode or cabinet temperature will be displayed on the screen again once you stop pressing the TIMER setting button for 5 seconds.
- When time is up, the unit will automatically turn off. The heating element stop working but the fan with a 15-second delay and countdown timer on the display.
- To cancel the timer setting, Adjust the timer set to OH, turn the unit off then turn the unit on or keep pressing the TINIER button for 3 Seconds.
Oscillation Button
- When the unit is on, press on the heater/ remote control to start oscillating.
- To stop oscillating, press it again.
Note: When the unit work as ECO mode, the oscillation will be stopped either if the heating element stop working .
Other Features
- Auto LED Display Dimming
When the unit is on, the display will dim in 30 seconds without any action, and the lightness of power indicator will be reduced 50%.
Tip-Over Protection
- When the heater is tipped over, the heater will shut off automatically. Place the heater back on a flat, level, and stable surface and remain upright. Then press the Power ON / OFF button to turn it on again.
Overheat Protection
- When the ambient temperature is above 122°F / 50°C, the unit will stop heating, and the overheat alarm will be triggered with multiple beeps. Please unplug it from the power source and power on again when the ambient temperature drops below 122°F / 50°C.
Memory Function
- If power is not disconnected or the unit is not tipped over, the heater will always remember your last settings (temperature, mode and oscillation ) once you turn it on again.
24-Hour Auto Shut Off
- When the heater has been working for 24 hours continuously without any other operation, it will shut off automatically.
Replacing of batteries in Remote Control
- Remove the battery box cover along the indicated arrow direction
- Replace with two pieces of AAA Alkaline Batteries. Make sure positions for “+” pole and “-” pole are correct.
- Reinstall the battery box cover
CAUTION:
- Replace with new batteries of the same type when replacement is required.
- When not using the remote control for a long time, please take out the batteries.
- Do not attempt to dismantle the batteries.
- Do not dispose of the batteries in the fire : batteries may explode or leak

Cleaning and Maintenance
It is recommended that the heater be cleaned at least one time during the operating season and before storage in the off-season in order to provide the optimum level of performance.
Always disconnect the appliance from the mains by switching it off and removing the plug from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Turn Off and unplug heater. Allow unit to cool for 10 minutes.
- Use a dry cloth only to clean the external surfaces of the heater.
- Do not use water, waxes, polishes or any chemical solution.
- Never immerse the heater in water and never allow water to drip into the motor housing. Be sure not to wet the Heating Element and the switches.
- For storage, you may leave the heater covered to protect it from dust. Store it in a cool, dry location and arrange the cable away from traffic areas so that it will not be tripped over or damaged.
- This heater does not disassemble.
CAUTION:
- Do not allow water to run into the heater’s interior as this could result in a fire or electric shock hazard.
- Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative
Troubleshooting

Check and remove any objects on or adjacent to the heater. Wait 5-10 minutes before plugging the unit back in.
No power is passing through the unit.| Ensure that your circuit breaker or fuse is working correctly.
Ensure your heater is placed on a flat and even surface.
Setting temperature is lower than the room temperature.| Nlake sure the
thermostat is set at a higher temperature than the room temperature.
The heater suddenly stops during heating.| ****
The ambient temperature reaches above 50°C/122°F
| Unplug it from the power source and power it on again when the ambient
temperature drops below 50°C/122°F.
The heater is tipped over.| Place it on a flat, level, and stable surface and
remain upright. Then turn it on again.
Warranty and Service
This product is covered with Voweek product and labor warranty for 12 months from the date of its original purchase.
If any problems occur, please contact Voweek support (support@voweek.com) immediately to launch a warranty claim. Specify the model number and your Amazon order number. Our customer service representative will respond within 24 hours, advise you how to correct the problem yourself, or instruct you on how to return the defective unit back to us for repair or replacement.
We can only provide after-sales service for products that are sold by Voweek or Voweek authorized retailers and distributors. If you have purchased your unit from a different place, please contact your seller for return and warranty issues.
