When using an electrical appliance, especially when children are present,
basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
INTENDED USE
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
the use of the appliance by person respon- sible for their safety.
DO NOT allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or
near children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance.
Use the appliance only for intended household purposes as described in this
User Manual.
Suitable for dry locations ONLY. Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
ELECTRICITY SAFETY
- Use only the provided power adapter for charging. Use only the included batteries, other types of batteries may burst, causing injury to persons and damage.
- DO NOT handle any part of the plug or appliance with wet hands.
- DO NOT operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug. The use of an extension cord is NOT recommended.
- DO NOT use if the appliance is not working as it should, has received a sharp blow, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water.
- DO NOT unplug by pulling on the cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
- DO NOT pull or carry vacuum cleaner by the cord or use the cord as a handle.
BATTERY SAFETY

This appliance contains Li-ion batteries, do not incinerate or expose to high temperatures, as they may explode in a fire.

DO NOT disassemble, repair, or try to open the battery. When charging, keep away from hot or flammable objects.

Inthe event that liquid leaks from the battery, do not touch the liquid and observe the following precautions:
– Skin contact can cause irritation. Wash with soap and water.
Inhalation can cause respiratory irritation. Expose to fresh air and seek medical advice
– Eye contact can cause irritation. Immediately flush eyes thoroughly with water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention.
– Fordisposal, wear gloves to handle the battery and dispose of immediately, following local ordinances or regulations. -
DO NOT shorten the battery terminals, it may cause burns or fire. When not in use, keep the battery away from paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects that could make a connection from one terminal to another.

The battery should be removed from the product before disposal. Dispose of the battery in accordance with local regulations.

d. Large quantities of dust (drywall dust, fireplace ash, or embers)

f. Flammable or combustible materials (lighter fluid, gasoline, or kerosene)
g. Toxic materials (chlorine bleach, ammonia, or drain cleaner). -
DO NOT put any objects into nozzle or accessory openings. DO NOT use with any opening blocked. Keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce airflow.

DO NOT use without the dustbin and filters in place.

DO NOT install, charge or use the appliance outdoors, in a bathroom or within 10 feet (3 meters) of a pool. DO NOT use on wet surfaces and do not expose to moisture, rain or snow.

DO NOT apply any fragrance or scented product to the filters. The chemicals in such products are known to be flammable and can cause the machine to catch fire.

DO NOT attempt to disassemble, repair, modify or replace any part of your product. All servicing should be performed by qualified personnel only.

Keep nozzle and all vacuum openings away from hair, loose clothing, fingers, and other parts of the body to avoid convolving.

Use only Voweek recommended accessories and replacement parts.

Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.

Always turn OFF the appliance before connecting or disconnecting any motorized any motorized nozzles or other accessories.

Other Accessories
Assembling Vacuum Cleaner
- Make sure the vacuum cleaner is turned off before assembling. Well assemble before use.
Installing Wall Hanger
- Make sure the wall hanger is mounted securely with the included screws and & anchors.
- Ensure no pipe work (gas, water, air) or electrical cables, wires are located directly behind the mounting area!
USING YOUR VACUUM CLEANER
Charging
- Fully charge before first use. A full charge takes about 4-5 hours
- You can charge the battery installed on the main body, or charge the battery separately.
- When idled for extended periods of time, remove the battery and store in a cool and dry location.
Charging with Main Body
Connect the power adapter to the charging port, then plug into an electrical
outlet. Once fully charged, the display will show 100.
OR
Charging Separately
- Press and hold the battery release button to pull out the battery.
- Connect the power adapter to the charging port, then plug into an electrical outlet.
Selecting Cleaning Mode
- DO NOT use outdoors or on wet surfaces, or use to pick up water or other liquids, burning, large or sharp hard objects.

CARE AND CLEANING
- Always make sure the vacuum cleaner is turned OFF before cleaning,
- DONOT place any part in a dishwasher nor clean with detergents.
- Make sure all parts are completely dry before installing back
- Make sure all parts are re-installed securely in place before using
Dustbin & Inside HEPA Filter
- Empty the dustbin after each use. DO NOT overfill the MAX line.
- Brush the dust off the filter after each use. To maintain optimum suction power, wash at least once a month or replace every 3 months.
- Hold by the handle, push down the lock latch to open and release the dirt.
- Twist the filter anti-clock- wise and pull it out from the dustbin.
- Press and hold the dustbin release button to pull out the dustbin.
- Clean the dustbin with a damp cloth. Air dry com- pletely.
- Hold the pre-filter to pull out the inside HEPA filter.
- Brush gently to remove any loose dust and debris. Then rinse under tap water.
- Allow to dry completely (for atleast 24 hours) ina well-ventilated place.
- Hold the pre-filter to firmly insert the HEPA filter back.
- Align and insert bulged part into the groove, then snap the dustbin back in place.
- Align and insert the filter back. Twist clockwise to lock in place. Then lock the dustbin cap.
HEPA Filter in Cyclone
- Brush the dust off the filter after each use. To maintain optimum suction power, wash at least once a month or replace every 3 months:
- Press filter release button to slide filter holder off. Twist anti-clockwise and remove the filter.
- Brush gently to remove any loose dust and debris. Then rinse under tap water.
- Allow to dry completely (for at least 24 hours) ina well-ventilated place.
- Align and twist clockwise to lock the filter. Insert the holder with filter back and push to lock in place.c
Floor Brush
- To maintain optimum performance, check and clean the floor brush regularly.
- flashes indicating blockage in floor brush. Clear the blockages immediately.
- Hold the release switch on the underside to detach the side cover.
- Grab the roller brush head and remove it from the floor brush.
- Gently clean the brush window and suction mouth with a soft, dry cloth. Remove the debris wrapped around the roller with cleaning brush.
- Insert the clean brush roller back, making sure the arc-shaped part is facing down. Insert the cover back and press to lock in place.
Looking for Blockages
Our vacuum cleaner is designed with an automatic cut-out, it will stop working
if the floor brush or air duct is blocked. Follow the instructions to locate
the blockage:
- Ensure the vacuum cleaner is disconnected from the charger. Leave to cool down.
- Remove the floor brush as instructed, check for blockage in brush window, suction mouth or on roller brush.
- Remove the dustbin, filters in dustbin and cyclone as instructed. Clear the blockage and wash when necessary.
- Check if there are any blockages inside the extension wand, crevice tool and 2 in 1combination tool. Clean when necessary.
- Dry completely and re-install all parts securely before using.

Problem | Solution |

battery is properly installed in place.
Checkif the battery is low. Charge it promptly.
Floor brush or air duct is blocked. Check and clean blockages in roller brush,
brush window, suction mouth or wand.
Weak suction power.| Clean the dustbin and all filters.
Make sure all filters are properly installed.
Look for any blockages in wand, suction mouth or connection part. Clean when
necessary.
The battery is draining quickly.| Make sure the vacuum cleaner is fully
charged with the included power adapter
Select Min working mode for light-duty cleaning to save power.
WARRANTY AND SERVICE
Thank you for choosing VOWEEK Vacuum Cleaner. This product is covered with
VOWEEK product and labor warranty for 12 months from the date of its original
purchase.
The warranty will not apply in cases of:
– Accident, misuse, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
– Any unit that has been tampered with or used for commercial purpose.
– Normal wear and tear of wearable parts.
– Use of force, damage caused by external influences.
– Damage caused by non-observance of the User Manual, e.g. con- nection to an
unsuitable mains supply or non-compliance with the instructions.
– Partially or completely dismantled appliances.
– Defects caused by or resulting from damages from shipping or from repairs,
service, or alteration to the product or any of its parts that have been
performed by a repair person not authorized.
We can only provide after sales service for products that are sold by VOWEEK
or VOWEEK authorized retailers and distributors. If you have purchased your
unit from a different place, please contact your seller for return and
warranty issues.
