VOWEEK VW-VC12 Vacuum Cleaner
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using an electrical appliance, especially when children are present, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
INTENDED USE
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by person responsible for their safety.
- DO NOT allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Use the appliance only for intended household purposes as described in this User Manual.
- Suitable for dry locations ONLY. Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
ELECTRICITY SAFETY
- Use only the provided power adapter for charging. Use only the included batteries, other types of batteries may burst, causing injury to persons and damage.
- DO NOT handle any part of the plug or appliance with wet hands.
- DO NOT operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug. The use of an extension cord is NOT recommended.
- DO NOT use if the appliance is not working as it should, has received a sharp blow, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water.
- DO NOT unplug by pulling on the cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
- DO NOT pull or carry vacuum cleaner by the cord or use the cord as a handle.
BATTERY SAFETY
- This appliance contains Li-ion batteries, do not incinerate or expose to high temperatures, as they may explode in a fire.
- DO NOT disassemble, repair, or try to open the battery. When charging, keep away from hot or flammable objects.
- DO NOT shorten the battery terminals, it may cause burns or fire.
- When not in use, keep the battery away from paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects that could make a connection from one terminal to another.
- Remove the battery from the product before disposal. Dispose of the battery in accordance with local regulations.
- In the event that liquid leaks from the battery, do not touch the liquid and observe the following precautions:
- Skin contact can cause irritation. Wash with soap and water.
- Inhalation can cause respiratory irritation. Expose to fresh air and seek medical advice.
- Eye contact can cause irritation. Immediately flush eyes thoroughly with water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention.
- For disposal, wear gloves to handle the battery and dispose of immediately, following local regulations.

- DO NOT use to pick up:
- Liquids
- Large objects
- Hard or sharp objects (glass, nails, screws, or coins)
- Large quantities of dust (drywall dust, fireplace ash, or embers)
- Smoking or burning objects (cigarette butts, matches, or hot ashes)
- Flammable or combustible materials (lighter fluid, gasoline, or kerosene)
- Toxic materials (chlorine bleach, ammonia, or drain cleaner).
- DO NOT put any objects into nozzle or accessory openings. Do not use with any opening blocked. Keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce airflow.
- DO NOT use without the dust cup and filters in place.
- DO NOT install, charge or use the appliance outdoors, in a bathroom or within 1 O feet (3 meters) of a pool. Do not use on wet surfaces and do not expose to moisture, rain or snow.
- DO NOT apply any fragrance or scented product to the filters. The chemicals in such products are known to be flammable and can cause the machine to catch fire.
- DO NOT attempt to disassemble, repair, modify or replace any part of your product. All servicing should be performed by qualified personnel only.
- Keep nozzle and all vacuum openings away from hair, loose clothing, fingers, and other parts of the body to avoid convolving.
- Use only VOWEEK-recommended accessories and replacement parts.
- Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
- Always turn OFF the appliance before connecting or disconnecting any motorized nozzles or other accessories.
- Always unplug from the electrical outlet when not in use and before any maintenance or servicing.

USING YOUR VACUUM CLEANER
Setting Up
Make sure the vacuum cleaner is turned off before assembling. Assemble it in place before use.
- Fully charge with the included power adapter before first use. A full charge takes about 4-5 hours.
- You can charge the battery installed on the main body, or charge the battery separately.
- When location. idled for extended periods, remove the battery and store in a cool and dry location.

Storage
- Make sure the storage rack is mounted securely with the included screws and anchors.
- Ensure no pipe work (gas, water, air) or electrical cables, wires are located directly behind the mounting area.
CARE AND CLEANING
- Always make sure the vacuum cleaner is turned OFF before cleaning.
- Make sure all parts are completely dry before installing back.
Dust Cup & Filters
- Empty the dust cup after each use. DO NOT overfill the MAX line.
- Brush the dust off the filter after each use. To maintain optimum suction power, wash the filters at least twice a month or replace every 2 months.
Floor Brush
- Four LED lights and flash indicating a tangled roller brush. Check and clear immediately.
- Clean the roller brush every 4-5 uses to avoid blockage or jamming.
Looking for Blockages
- Disconnect your vacuum cleaner from the charger. Leave to cool down before looking for blockages.
- The vacuum cleaner will stop working automatically if the roller brush is tangled or the air duct is blocked. Follow the instructions to locate the blockage.
- Remove the floor brush as instructed, check for blockage in brush window, suction mouth or on roller brush.
- Remove the dust cup, filters in dust cup as instructed. Clear the blockage and wash when necessary.
- Check the extension wand, 2-in-1 tool and crevice tool for any blockages. Clean when necessary.
- Dry completely and re-install all parts securely for next use.
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Q: The vacuum cleaner does not work or stops working suddenly.
A:
- Make sure the battery is properly installed in place.
- Check if the battery is low. Charge it promptly.
- The vacuum cleaner will stop working automatically if the roller brush is tangled or the air duct is blocked. Check and clear blockages in brush window, suction mouth, wand or on roller brush.
Q: Weak suction power.
A:
- Check and empty the dust cup. Make sure the dust does not exceed the MAX line. We recommend emptying the dust cup after each use.
- Check and clean the inside filters. Wash the filters at least twice a month or replace every 2 months. For replacement filters, contact our customer support.
- Make sure the filters are properly installed in place.
- Clean the roller brush and remove any debris blocking the brush.
- Check for any blockages in the wand, suction mouth or connection part. Clean when necessary.
Q: The battery is draining quickly.
A :
- Make sure the vacuum cleaner is fully charged with the included power adapter.
- Select Low speed mode for light-duty cleaning to save power.
Q: The vacuum cleaner does not charge.
A:
- Charge the vacuum cleaner with the original power adapter only.
- The outlet is not working. Try a different outlet to fully charge the vacuum cleaner.
