- please use qualified DC power adapter, otherwise, it may cause instability,
- do not put metal debris or card in the charging plate, may be caused charge damage or abnormal.

the phone is not charging?
The phone is not aligned with the charging sensing area or the receiving coil is not properly installed. -
the charge of fever?
