IMPORTANT NOTES
- Before operating the appliance, please read the instruction manual and follow the instructions provided. The manufacturer is not liable for any damages resulting from use of the appliance contrary to its intended use or inappropriate use. Keep the instruction manual for future reference.
- The appliance is intended for home use only. Do not use for other purposes contrary to its intended use. Do not use for medical or commercial purposes.
- This appliance may be used by children of at least 8 years of age and by persons with reduced physical, mental abilities and persons with no experience or knowledge of the equipment, if supervised or instructed on its safe use so that the risks associated with it were understandable.
- Children should not play with the appliance nor clean or carry out maintenance of the appliance unattended.
- The scale is a precision device. Do not drop, hit or shake it.
- If the scale is not used for a long time, remove the batteries. Batteries that are flat or out of use for a long time may leak.
- Before stepping on the scale, make sure the platform is dry. The scale can be slippery if its surface is wet.

Used appliance should be delivered to the dedicated collecting points due to hazardous components, which may affect the environment. Do not dispose this appliance in the common waste bin.

Please inform yourself about the local rules on separate collection of batteries because correct disposal helps to prevent negative consequences for the environmental and human health.

All unnecessary packaging has been omitted. We have tried to make the
packaging easy to separate into three materials: cardboard (box), polystyrene
foam (buffer) and poly ethylene (bags, protective foam sheet). Your system
consists of material which can be recycled and reused if disassembled by a
specialized company. Please observe the local regulations regarding the
disposal of packaging materials, exhausted batteries and old equipment.
Your products is designed a manufactured with high quality materials and components, which can be recycled and reused.

REPLACING THE BATTERIES
- Open the battery cover on the bottom of the device. Remove the used battery.
- Insert a new battery paying attention to the proper polarity.
WEIGHT MEASUREMENT
Make sure the batteries are operational and inserted into the device. Place
the scale on a flat, hard surface.
Step on the scale. It will start automatically and calibrate, then it will
indicate the result of the measurement. Wait for the result to stabilize, it
will pulse for some time, then the scale will turn off automatically.
CHANGING THE UNITS
To change units from metric (kg) to imperial (lb, st) or vice versa, start the
scale and find the units change button. Press the button to change units.
ERROR MESSAGES
Err – The scale has been overloaded.
Lo – Low battery, replace the batteries.
C – The scale requires recalibration, restart the scale.
If an error is displayed and the scale does not turn off automatically after a longer time, remove the batteries for more than 5 seconds.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Wipe the weighing platform with a damp cloth. Then wipe dry. Do not
submerge in water or other liquids.
