Overview
Easy Set-Up
- On/off Long press ON/OFF for 2s, the device will be turned on/off, with beep notice.
- Connect to speak 200 USB & BT
2.1 Connect by Bluetooth
Press the Bluetooth button for 2 seconds to start Bluetooth pairing mode. It will be alternate white and blue flashing light.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth on your device and choose to connect with the Speakerphone. After connection, it will be a white flashing light with a hinting tone. While Bluetooth is disconnected, the light will be blue with a hinting tone.
2.2 Connect by USB
Connect Speak 200 USB & BT with computer by USB cable. After connection, the
green circle light will increase clockwise one by one showing charging status.
Green circle light will be on in full when charging is completed.
2.3 Connect by Wireless Receiver
Connect the USB wireless receiver to your computer, and start Bluetooth
pairing mode on the speakerphone. Wait for about 10 seconds until the pairing
is completed, then the speakerphone is connected and ready to go.
3. Audio source switching function
When the device is connected by Bluetooth and USB simultaneously, short press
/ tap the Bluetooth button **to switch between Bluetooth and USB
transmission.
4. Answer /end calls
Press the button to answer calls, press the button to end calls.
5. Volume increase/decrease
When volume increase + /decreases —, the green lights will be on/off one by
one. When adjustment is completed, lights will be off after 4s.
6. Mute
6.1 Press Mute microphone audio input will stop.
6.2 Long press the mute key for about 2s to switch Microphone short-distance
mode: Microphone short-distance mode is for eliminating surrounding noise
automatically and only voice within a radius range of 1.5 meters will be
picked up and transmitted. Also, speaker volume will be adjusted automatically
according to surrounding noise. VoiceCap model is only suggested in open
space. Please disable this function when in conference rooms.
7. Auto Power Of
When the device is not connected by Bluetooth or USB in 15mins, it will shut
down automatically.
8. Power indicator**
When the device is not connected by USB, short press/tap power button the
green circle light will indicate power condition.
