COMPLIANCE
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC. Operation is subject to the

limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful

accordance with the instructions may cause harmful interference to radio

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The ARISTA ALC-IWD is a programmable Dimmer/Switch with wireless communication to ARISTA controllers to perform single and multilocation lighting control. The ALC-IWD provides ON/OFF control as well as dimming. These units also feature a lockable user interface to prevent unauthorized changes being made to the control. This product is designed for use with any ARISTA controllers by Intermatic.
INSTALLATION
- Turn off power to the controlling circuit.
- Connect wires as shown in wiring diagram.
- Attach ALC-IWD to electrical box with provided screws.
- Install wall plate
- Turn power ON to controlling circuit.
- Verify that the display is ON.

(Search for Arista by Intermatic) Bluetooth Operations have a maximum range of
100’.
WIRING DIAGRAM
Wire | Description |

White | Connects to Neutral/Line 2 from Power Source |
Black | Connects to Line from Power Source |
Green | Connects to ground |
NOTE: To be installed in single- and double-gang with 2-1/2” minimum depth. Please consult a qualified electrician for specific wiring details.
SWITCH INTERFACE

Note: Display icons change based on programmed settings.
Symptom | Solution |
---|
During Installation, the ARISTA mobile App can’t find the Inwall Dimmer when
scanning for devices in the area| Verify power is supplied to the dimmer. The
display should be “ON” with writing on the display
In-wall dimmer is not energizing any controllers when ON/OFF button is
pressed| Verify that the in-wall dimmer has been selected as an input for the
proper zone(s)
Menu is inaccessible| Verify the unit is not “Locked” press the UP and DOWN
buttons together until the lock symbol disappears from the display
