Quick start

Button function

• Short-press button

1. Return to previous page
2. Turn on the screen under screen off
3. Turn off the screen under screen on in the main dial interface.

• Long-press button

1. Long press the button to turn on the watch
2. Long press the button to turn off the watch

Screen operation

• Slide up and down

1. Switch at the same level
2. For a long text\ details

• Slide left and right

1. Switch at the same level

• Touch the screen

1. Enter the next level
2. Complete operation by screen buttons

• Long press screen

1. Long press screen to the next level on the main dial interface.

ON/OFF

• Start up

1. Automatic startup at charging.  

Note: Charge and activate the watch before first use; Please charge the watch with original charger

2. Long press button to start up.

• Shutdown

1. Long press button to shutdown
2. Shutdown path: Settings >> System >> Shutdown

Download and pairing

Download the APP

1. Search “Monster Fit” in App Store of IPhone to download;
2. Search “Monster Fit” in Google play store or Myapp.com of Android phone to download;
3. Scan the QR code in the watch to download “Monster Fit”.
   Note: after installation, please log in follow the steps on the interface to obtain superior usage experience.

Pairing

Pairing the watch with your phone by “Monster Fit” app.
Pairing: Open APP >> “Device” >> “Add Device” >> “Search” >> Select MONSTER SOL >> Match, and wait for completion.
