UNDERSTANDING THE PRODUCT

START USING THE WIRELESS HEADPHONES

•   Charging
  When the battery is low, the charger with provided cable for approximately 2 hours. The headphone will turn off automatically when charging. Red LED light on when charging, off when fully charged.

•  Pairing the wireless headphones (switched off)
  Step 1: Activate the Bluetooth function on your mobile device to begin pairing with earphones.
  Step 2: Press and hold onto the Power button (Right button) until the LED light flickers red and blue
  Step 3: Connect to the headphones by selecting ‘Valore BTS35’ under the device list.
  Step 4: Once connected, the Blue LED light at will flash slowly.

Note: If the pairing is not successful, please turn off wireless headphones first, and then re-pair again. After pairing is successful, paired devices will remember each other. Unless pairing information is deleted because of new pairing, no need to pair when using the next time.
If you want to pair the wireless headphones with other devices, please turn off the Bluetooth function of the existing source device, and pair the wireless headphones with the new device according to steps 1-4 mentioned above

 LED indicator light

 Basic key operation

• Tum On:
  Long press liiJl for 3 seconds, the headphone will be turned on after blue LED Ilg ht on for 3 seconds.

• Turn Off:
  Long press liiJl for 3 seconds, the headphone will be turned off after the red LED light is on for 3seconds.

• Volume Adjustment:
  Short press ◄ and ► to control volume

• Music Selection:
  Long press ◄ for skipping to the next song
  Long press ► for skipping to the previous song

• Play/Pause/Phone call:

• Music Pause : Short press when in music playing.

• Music Play: Short press when in music paused.

• Answer Calls : Short press when a call comes in.

• Hang Up: Short press when end up a call.

• Refuse to Answer : Long press when a call comes in.
  When Bluetooth is connected, a double press will re-dial the last phone number in your call record.

Low Latency Mode
After the headphone connect with the cell phone, long-press the “M” button for 3 seconds to enter into low latency mode. After successfully entering the low latency mode, the LED indicator light turns to green.

Line-in Mode

•  Turn on status: plugin audio cable, the headphone turn off, you can listen to the music with the audio cable.
•  Turn off status: plugin audio cable, the headphone can’t be turned on, you can only listen to the music with the audio cable.
  Note: If you want to listen to the songs in Bluetooth mode, you need to unplug the audio cable and turn on to use.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Issue 1:
The headphone is unable to connect successfully to your mobile device
Problem 1: Headphone’s battery is flat
Solution: Fully charge the headphone (2.5 hours) and retry the connection with your mobile device.

Problem 2: Headphone not paired to your mobile device
Solution: Make sure that the headphone is successfully paired upon selecting ‘Valore BTS31’ in the device list.

Problem 3: Headphone and mobile device too far apart
Solution: Make sure that the headphone is within a meter range during pairing and connection.

Problem 4: Headphone is connected to another mobile device
Solution: Make sure that the headphone has already been disconnected before making a new
connection with a new device.

Issue 2: Sound from the headphone is too soft or silent
Problem 1: Headphone’s battery is low/flat
Solution: Fully charge the headphone (2 hours) and retry the connection with your mobile device.

Problem 2: Headphone or mobile device’s volume is too low
Solution: Turn the volume of the headphone or mobile device up to increase the volume.

Problem 3: The music track may not be audible
Solution: Make sure that the music track is of a playable format for the mobile device.

Problem 4: Headphones and mobile devices might not be connected properly.
Solution: Repeat the connection step via Bluetooth/auxiliary cable again to make sure that it is connected properly and try again.

If there is any damage to the headphone such as dents, punctures, tears, deformities or corrosion, stop using   the headphone and contact us immediately via email at Nv. info@valore.sg, or return this product to the store where you have purchased it from.
•  If the product produces an abnormal smell, high temperature (low temperature during normal use), discolors or changes shape abnormally, stop using the product and contact us immediately via email at [email protected]
