DESCRIPTION

USE
HOWTOUSE
- Insert the required blade (1).
- Set the required thickness with the knob. Turn clockwise for thinner, or anticlockwise for thicker slices (2).
- Put the food in the holder.
- Grip the holder and move it backwards and forwards to slice/shred the food (3).
- Release the blade from the mandolin by lifting the end and pulling out the blade (4-5).
NOTE:
Always use the food holder, otherwise there is a risk of personal injury.
GRATING
- Insert the adjustable plate and lock by turning the knob clockwise all the way.
- Insert a blade for grating (1).
- Put the food in the holder, grip the holder and move it backwards and forwards to grate the food (2).
- Release the blade from the mandolin by lifting the end and pulling out the blade (3-4).
IMPORTANT:
The blades have very sharp edges – handle them carefully and keep them out of the reach of children.
MAINTENANCE
Dishwasher-safe, but only in the top basket.
