Cautions
Install the detector in areas where there is a concern about possible water leaks, such as bathrooms, basements, water heaters, clogged sewer pipes, old drainage pipes, or in other areas of your home that are prone to leaking. You can receive an instant alert.
Do not install it in an area where it can come in contact with rain, cooking fume and steam from a kitchen range hood. Never immerse the detector in the water.

Cautions
An alert will be triggered only when a pool of water accumulates and gets in contact with both the probes on the detector.
Replace the battery immediately when the low battery warning sounds to ensure the detector is working properly.
Do not stack any items on the surface of the detector, as this may influence the sensors.
Clean the surface with a soft cloth regularly.
In the unlikelihood of a product failure, do not attempt to repair it on your own.
Quick Start Guide

  1. Get the Linking app from App Store or Google Play.

  2. Create an account and sign in.

  3. Press ‘+’ button to add Water Leak Sensor.

  4. Follow the instructions on App.

Product Usage

  1. Insert 2 AAA batteries into the water sensor, then install the detector where there is a concern for potential water leakage. It will be ready for use.

  2. How to reset the water leak sensor A. Press and hold the reset button at the back for about 3 seconds, then the LED indicator(signal light) will start blinking quickly.
    B. Release the reset button and the sensor will be reset to factory settings. The LED indicator(signal light) blinks once per second to search for a new enabled Zigbee network.

  3. How to pair the water leak sensor
    A. After the sensor is reset to factory settings, the LED(signal light) blinks once per second and the sensor starts searching an enabled Zigbee network.
    B. If the sensor is connected successfully, it will stop blinking and the light will stay on for 10 seconds.
    C. If no available networks were found within 3 minutes, the LED indicator will stop blinking and turn off.

  4. Once the sensor detects a water leak, the LED Indicator flashes and the alarm beeps once per second. The alert signal will be sent to the hub every 5 minutes. During the alarm stage, the user can mute the buzzer by using the App. If the sensor still detects a water leak after 10 minutes, the detector will trigger the alarm
    again and another signal will be sent to the APP.
    The alarm will be canceled if the situation is as below.
    ① Water leak is controlled/stopped
    ② User presses the mute button by using the app
    ③ The button on the sensor itself is pressed
    ④ Power is turned off

  5. When the battery voltage is low, the detector will send a low battery warning to Linking APP.
