INTRODUCTION

Packaging contains Moondrop-sparks TWS earbuds and charging case, three sizes of ear-tips, USB charging cable, after-sales service and product manual & safety guide.

Connect with your device

Make sure that the Bluetooth of your device is turned on and remained disconnected.

  1. When using for the first time, please take both earbuds out of the charging case. The earbuds will immediately enter the pairing mode. At this time, the primary earbud will flash alternately with red and white lights (the primary earbud will voice prompt “Pairing”), and then you can Find “Moondrop Sparks” in the Bluetooth device list and click Connect. When the primary earbud is successfully connected, the secondary earbud will automatically prompt to pair, please click to complete the pairing.
  2. When you need to replace the device (such as: mobile phone, player, computer or other Bluetooth devices) to connect, please keep the earbuds out of the case, and touch the force sensor of both earbuds for 3 seconds (the primary earbud will voice prompt “disconnect” , then you hear “Pairing’ ), the TWS re-enters the pairing mode.

When your device has the NFC function and has been enabled, attach the device to the back of the Bluetooth charging case, and then take out the TWS from the case to connect.
Auto-reconnect
When your device and TWS have been connected, and neither has been connected to a new device, take the TWS out of the charging case to automatically connect.
Single Ear
If you only need to use single earbud, after successfully connecting, you can put the other one back into the charging case. (At this time, the TWS may be disconnected and automatically reconnected, and you need to click to play music again.)

Charging

  1. Charging in the case

Install the device cautiously
