Appearance Display

Setting up your conferencing camera

Place your camera
Designed for the way you like to make a video call, Live, conference, etc. Place the Camera where you want it like on a computer monitor, desktop, wall, ceiling.
a. Put on top of the desk
b. Wall Mount
Drill holes on the wall that match the reserved position of the prod­uct bracket, and install the correspo­nding screws (note: the screws need to be purchased separately)
c. For placement on a monitor Unfold the stand of this product place it on your monitor, adjust the angle of the stand, close to the back of the monitor

Connect your camera
Connect the display screen to the product with a US B cable, plug, and play.

How to check the conferencing camera is connected

In the process of running the application, if you change the connector or settings, it may not be recognized immediately, please end the application once and start again.

Win 10

  1. Start button, find the camera icon, and click it. If the screen normally plays back the images captured by the camera, the camera is successfully connected.

  3. If there are multiple cameras or the camera is not displayed, please click to switch the camera.

Win 8

  1. Start button, find the camera icon, and click it. If the screen normally plays back the images captured by the camera, the camera is successfully connected.

  2. You can set the camera.

  3. If there are multiple cameras or the camera is not displayed, please click to Mitch the camera.

Mac

  1. Open the ‘photo booth’ and select the camera.

The preview screen will play the image taken by the camera.

1If confirm the product connection is successful, you can make video calls, Live, conference, and video education on the popular video applications.

External Bluetooth Device Connection

  1. To connect an external Bluetooth speaker/microphone, first, make sure the external Bluetooth is in the pairing status and at the same time, plug the MC2000S camera into PC, and then follow the below instruction(we take the Win10 system as an example): Switch on the Bluetooth button of the PC, then click to add the external speaker/microphone from the list till it is connected.
  2. f the Bluetooth speaker cannot play PC audio (no sound) after connection, please follow the steps below: Place the mouse cursor on the speaker icon in the bottom right comer of the PC, then right-click to select “Sound”, and then in the “Play” list, Select the corresponding playback device, and then ‘Confirm”. When playing music normally, you can set “the Bluetooth speaker Model Name with a suffix as Setembro” as the default device, so that the sound quality of the music can be improved. But during the voice call, please set “the Bluetooth speaker Model Name with a suffix as Setembro” as the default communication device, otherwise it is possible that voice of the other party can not be heard.
  3. If the Bluetooth microphone fails to record after connection (or the other party cannot hear the sound), please follow the steps below: Place the mouse cursor on the speaker icon in the bottom right corner of the PC, then right-click and select “Sound”, then select “Record”, in the playlist, select the connected Bluetooth microphone as the default device, and then “Confirm”.

Some Suggestions

There are a few things we suggest for best performance

  1. Do not sit in front of a window or other bright light source.
  2. Having an uncluttered background will have your viewers concentrating on you.
  3. The mounting system allows for tilting and aiming the camera. While sitting in your normal position, your entire face should be just above the middle of the picture. Tilt and move the camera to frame p a good view.
  4. Visit your preferred video calling provider’s website for exact information on system and performance requirements.
  5. To get a smoother video, especially at high resolution, we recommended a network speed above 2M/s.

Solution for Common Problems

  • No reaction of Bluetooth remote controller
    1. Check if the remote controller is filled with battery or filled the battery correctly if there is no red led light appears when pressing any button on the remote  controller
    2. Repower MC2000 Camera and then press the VOL- and ZOOM- at the same time for 3s.

  • Blue LED light flashes slowly on camera
    1. Cut off the power 3s and reconnect it.
    2. Press the” OK “+”Ei “button same time for 3s until the red lead on the remote controller turns off.
    3. Press Vol- + Zoom- together for 3s.

  • Picture shows abnormal
    Press the “OK” button for 3-5s to enter Reset

  • Pictures look vague
    Check if the lens is dirty

  • Difficult connection with external Bluetooth speaker
    This often happens under the Bluetooth is abnormally unconnected or under windows 10 system which a driver is required.

  • Microphone fails to record
    1. Check if MC2000 is the default recorder device by PC.
    2. Check if the mic was muted by the remote controller.

  • PC fails to read this Camera
    1. Check if the ad pater is fully connected.
    2. Check if the USB cable is correctly connected.

  • No image displayed
    1. Check if the USB port and USB cable of the terminal device is connected correctly.
    2. Check if the USB cable is stable.
    3. Check if the USB port can work normally.

  • The image breaks frequently
    1. Check if the USB cable is stable.
    2. Check if the USB port and USB cable of the terminal device is connected correctly.

  • The definition is not good after accessing software
    Check the software video input settings to see if the camera video input is set correctly.

Warranty and Service Information

This product is guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Only product defects caused by its quality can be returned for repair or replacement. The returned product package shall be in its original package or package with an equal degree of protection. The following information must be presented to obtain Warranty Service:
