DND DISC

  1. Ensure your computer is powered on.
  2. Connect the DND DISC to your computer.
  3. For available status, keep the device on-hook.
  4. To indicate busy status, manually select the option on the device.
  5. To indicate an incoming call, manually select the relevant option.

DND DONGLE

  1. Connect the DND DONGLE to your computer using the provided USB cable.
  2. Start the JPL Gateway Program on your computer.
  3. Access Device Settings within the program.
  4. Run a test in manual mode to see LED color changes
    simultaneously on DONGLE and DISC.

What should I do if the LED colors are not changing as expected?
If the LED colors are not changing correctly, ensure that the devices are properly connected and try restarting the JPL Gateway Program.

What’s the purpose?

How to Use?

  1. Start JPL Gateway Program
  2. Click Device Setting
  3. TEST manual mode (This is just test operation, not formal version)
    DONGLE and DISC LED are changed at the same time.
