INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The device is intended for foaming/heating of coffee milk. It can be used for making Latte, Cappuccino, Frappe, and other drinks with milk foam/hot milk. First, remove all packaging materials, take out the milk frother all accessories. Then remove all adhesive foils, stickers, and paper from the milk frother and accessories. Before the first use, wash all parts, which will be in contact with food, in warm water with a mild detergent, thoroughly rinse in clear water and wipe dry or let dry.

Symbol Attachment Max. volume Function
Warm, solid foam, for solid and warm milk foam

Warm milk, for mixing and heating milk
Warm and creamy foam, for warm creamy and fine-pored milk foam
Heating milk with a small amount of foam, for warm, creamy, and fine-pored milk foam with a bigger amount of liquid milk
Cold foam, for cold, creamy milk foam

APPLICATIONS Unwind the necessary length of the power cord B2 from the storage space of stand B. Place the stand on a suitable surface, at a height of about 85 cm, out of reach of children and incapacitated persons, and plug the fork of the power cord into the electric socket. Hold the milk frother A on the handle A3 and shift lid A4 to remove it. Take adequate adapter C/D (see the function in the table above) and press it onto shaft A2, up to the stop. Pour milk into the vessel below the mark (observe maximum amounts in the table above). The minimum and maximum amounts of milk are indicated on the inner wall of the vessel. Place lid A4 back onto the vessel and put the vessel onto removable base plate B. Set the required function ( ) by repeated pressing button A1. The selected function will be highlighted by the relevant LED. The device starts whipping or, as the case may be, heating the milk. As soon as the process is completed, the device will switch off automatically. The process can be stopped by short pressing button A1 at any time.

Notice
– Lifting the container off the stand cancels all the set functions.
– Wait 2 – 3 minutes before the next use of the device.
– The adapter on the bottom of the vessel must be immersed in milk (min. 50 ml.).
– Overheating of the device can occur in case of an insufficient amount of milk. Overflowing can occur in case of an excessive amount of milk.

Note
– The amount and quality of the foam can strongly differ, depending on many factors, such as the use of fresh or treated milk, the content of milk fat, milk temperature, and more.
– Do not use the milk that has been stored in a vessel for a long time. Always use fresh milk.
– We recommend using whole cow milk, fat content > 3.0%. Other kinds of milk (e.g. low-fat or skimmed milk) will have a different behavior during foaming.
– The milk should be cold.
– The volume of milk will increase by foaming.
– If the milk foam seems to be very thin, wait for approximately 30 seconds. During this period of time, liquid milk can drop and the foam will have a better consistency.
– Do not try to foam the milk again, if you don´t like its taste.
– If the milk starts overflowing, switch off the device immediately, allow it to cool, and then clean it (see V. Maintenance).

Let all the parts dry properly after maintenance. The surface color will change over time which is normal. This change does not affect the surface properties. It is not a material defect of the container and the appliance is not subject to a complaint about this reason.
