Bluetooth Pairing and Connection

Firstly, with the headset off, press and hold the multi-function button of the M7 headset for 3 seconds to enter the pairing mode, and the indicator will flash in red and blue alternately.
For mobile phone:
Enable the Bluetooth function on the mobile phone, and click “search other devices” when M7 appears, click it to connect the headset. After the connection is successful, the LED indicator of the headset will turn to blue and flash slowly,
For PC:
With the USB Bluetooth adapter, connect the headset to the PC. (Note: Plug it into the PC to connect it with the headset, realize the calling function and compatibility of third-party voice software on the PC)
D insert the Bluetooth Adapter into the US8 port on your PC, which will be automatically turned on

2 After it is turned on, the indicator on the Bluetooth dongle will flash quickly in blue to indicate that it is now in pairing mode. (Turn the headset into the pairing mode and keep it as close as possible to the Bluetooth dongle (within 8 inches), so the headset will be connected with the dongle automatically
Note: It will take about 20 seconds to connect the headset for the first time. If the headset and the Bluetooth dongle cannot be connected, please unplug the Bluetooth dongle and then plug it into the PC again. And restart the headset to enable the pairing mode and try to reconnect them.

3 After the headset is successfully connected, the LED indicator of the headset will turn to blue and flash slowly, the blue indicator of the Bluetooth dongle will always be on as well

Note: When the Bluetooth dongle is not in use, please turn off the headset before unplugging the dongle from the PC

Basic Feature

Key Function Operation method
Multi-Function button Power-on Press and hold the multi-function button for

3 seconds to power on, and it will be in the pairing mode by default you will hear the prompt voice of ‘Powered on.
Power-off| When the headset is on, press and hold the multi-function button for 5 seconds and then it will be powered off; you will hear the prompt voice of “Powered off”.
Start pairing| After the headset is powered on, the indicator will flash in red and blue alternately to indicate that it is in the pairing mode, and there will be the prompt voice of ‘Pairing”
Play/Pause| When playing music, click the multi-function button to play/pause the music.
Redial last number| When connected to the mobile phone, double-click the multi-function button to redial the last number and make a phone call on the mobile phone.
Voice assistant| When it is connected, press and hold the multi-function button” for 2 seconds and then release it; the voice assistant will be enabled after the ‘beep” sound is heard.
Audio switch| During a call, press and hold the multi-function button for 2 seconds to switch the microphone audio between the phone and the headset. When the audio is switched successfully, there will be a “beep” sound.
Answer a call| When there is an incoming call, click the “Multi-function button” to answer the call.
Hang up| During a call, click the multi-function button to hang up the current call.
Reject a call| When there is an incoming call, press and hold the multi- function button for 2 seconds and then the call is rejected after the “ding- dong- sound is heard.
Volume + button| Increase the volume| Click the ‘Volume +” button to turn the volume up. (There will be a beep when the maximum volume is reached).
Next Track| Press and hold the “Volume +” button for 1 second when playing music to skip to the next track.
Volume – button| Decrease the volume| When playing music/answering a call, click the “Volume -button to turn the volume down.
Previous Track| Press and hold the ‘Volume -” button for 1 second when playing music to back to the previous track.
Mute button| Mute the microphone| During a call, click the “Mute button” on the microphone to mute your voice, and click it again to unmute the microphone.

One-to-two mode

M7 headset is able to be connected to two Bluetooth-enabled devices(computer, tablet, mobile phone, etc) at the same time.
CD Connect the headset to devise A(the first device): Press and hold the multi-function button of M7 for 3 seconds to turn it on and enter the pairing mode. The indicator will flash alternately in red & blue. Enable the Bluetooth function on device A and search for the headset. Click “M7” to connect once it appears on the Bluetooth pairing list. After the headset is successfully connected, disable the Bluetooth function of the device A. M7 headset will be automatically in the pairing mode again.
@ Enable the Bluetooth function of device B(the second device), connect the M7 headset to device B in the same way as device A. After they are paired successfully, enable the Bluetooth function on device A again, and tap on M7 to connect it. If the connection is successful, the one-to-two pairing function of the headset is activated.

  • Only music from one device can be played in one-to-two pairing mode. To play music from another device, music from the previous device should be paused or turned off. The same is true for calls.

Charging

The red indicator flashes when the battery power of M7 is low, please charge it immediately. The indicator will turn red when the headset is being charged, and blue when it is fully charged after about 2 hours of charging.
Please connect the Type-C charging cable to the charging dock or directly to the M7 headset to charge it.
*Note: Please use SV1A wall charger to charge the headset (When M7 is not in use, please charge it at least once every 2 months)

Precautions and Q & A

A. How to reset the headset? (clear the pairing record)
In the pairing mode(The indicator of the headset flashes in red & blue alternately), press and hold the multi-function button and volume “button for 5 seconds simultaneously to clear the pairing record(reset the headset). When the purple indicator light flashes once, that means the pairing record has been cleared and M7 will be not reconnected to the previously connected device any longer.
When various connection exceptions occur, please try to clear the pairing record.
B. How to reconnect? What to do if I can’t reconnect?
After M7 headset and your device are connected successfully, it will be automatically reconnected
to your device, once it is powered on.(in the Bluetooth available range)
If it can’t be reconnected, please try to pair and connect them again.
C. What is the pairing password?
If a prompt for password input pops up when some devices are connected to M7, you can try to
enter 0000 (four zeros), 8888 (four eights), 1111 (four ones), or 1234.
D. Which devices can M7 be charged with?
Please charge it with a 5V1 A charger.
E. How to realize the three-way calling function?
When another call comes in during a call, click the Multi-function button to answer the new call and hang up the current call;
2When another call comes in during a call, double-click the Multi-function button to answer the new call and hold on the current call;
@When another call comes in during a call, press and hold the Multi-function button for 2 seconds to hold on the current call and reject the new call;
@During a three-way calling, double-click the Multi-function button to switch between the current call and the held call.
