Troubleshooting
Bluetooth has stopped working or I can’t connect.
- Try charging or plugging in the radio. The “Battery Charging” LED needs to be green in order for the radio to work fully.
- Make sure no other Bluetooth devices are connected to the radio before trying to connect to it via Bluetooth.
In Bluetooth mode, the radio’s volume is turned up all the way, but the
sound isn’t loud enough.
Make sure you have turned up the volume on your phone, tablet, or MP3 player
as well.
