We congratulate you on the purchase of your new product. You have chosen a high quality product. The instructions for use are part of the product. They contain important information concerning safety, use and disposal. Before using the product, please familiarise yourself with all of the safety information and instructions for use. Only use the product as described and for the specified applications. If you pass the product on to anyone else, please ensure that you also pass on all the documentation with it.
Intended use
The digital pneumatic inflator is designed for inflating and regulating the air pressure of bicycle tyres, balls, airbeds, rubber dinghies etc. Use the product only as described and only for the specific applications as stated.
The product is only intended for private use only and is not for commercial use. Any use that is different from the intended use as stated above is prohibited and there is potential danger. Damage or injury caused by misuse or disregarding the above warning is not covered by the warranty or any liability on the part of the manufacturer.
Note: The product is not suitable for inflating car or motorized vehicle tyre.

Digital manometer is powered by 2 1.5V AAA/ LR03 batteries with approx. 3 years operational durability. If the display fades or does not work correctly or if the low battery symbol appears, please replace the batteries.

Warning EXPLOSION HAZARD! Use this product in well-ventilated areas only. Never use petrol or other flammable liquids to clean the air tool! Sparks could ignite residual vapours inside the compressed air equipment resulting in the

Warning: RECOIL! When used under high pressure conditions, recoil can occur which can cause danger due to constant pressurisation.

Warning RISK OF INJURY!
Never point the air jet towards yourself or other people, animals, or electrical equipment. -
During maintenance, switch off the compressed air supply.

Never exceed the maximum permitted working pressure of 8 bar. Use a pressure reducer to adjust the operating pressure.

Switch the product off if you do not use it anymore.

First of all, disconnect the tube from the compressed air source and when you have done this, disconnect the supply pipe from the product. Following these instructions will stop the supply pipe from twirling around all over the place.

For your own protection, please wear suitable protective clothing.

Keep children and other persons away from the equipment during use.

Do not use the equipment when tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medications. One moment of carelessness when using the equipment may result in serious injuries. Distractions can cause you to lose control of the product. Before any repair and maintenance work or transport, remove the product from the compressed air source.

Before using the product, check it for damage, and especially for light damage or damage to the protective systems. These must be thoroughly checked to confirm that they are indeed completely capable of performing their intended tasks. All product parts must be correctly assembled and comply with all guidelines in order to ensure correct and safe operation.

If you ascertain that the product is indeed damaged, you are not permitted to use it. Do not bend the product’s pipe. This could cause damage.

Warning! Please observe all manufacturer’s instructions regarding inflatable products.

Never remove model numbers. They are safety-relevant parts of the product. If you have no experience of working with this product, please undertake a training course to acquaint you with the dangers of embarking on such a venture.

Only use the product in dry locations.

Never use hydrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide or any other bottled gas as the source of energy for this product, since this may cause an explosion and lead to serious injury.

Use only the accessories and attachments detailed in the operating instructions. Using other types of additional parts can cause danger.
Safety instructions for batteries/rechargeable batterie

DANGER TO LIFE! Keep batteries / rechargeable batteries out of reach of children. If accidentally swallowed seek immediate medical attention.

Swallowing may lead to burns, perforation of soft tissue, and death. Severe burns can occur within 2 hours of ingestion.

DANGER OF EXPLOSION!
Never recharge non-rechargeable batteries. Do not shortcircuit batteries / rechargeable batteries and/or open them. Overheating, fire or bursting can be the result. -
Never throw batteries / rechargeable batteries into fire or water.

Do not exert mechanical loads to batteries / rechargeable batteries.
Risk of leakage of batteries / rechargeable batteries

Avoid extreme environmental conditions
and temperatures, which could affect
batteries / rechargeable batteries, e.g.
radiators /direct sunlight.
If batteries / rechargeable batteries have
leaked, avoid contact with skin, eyes and
mucous membranes with the chemicals!
Flush immediately the affected areas with
fresh water and seek medical attention! -
WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES! Leaked or damaged batteries / rechargeable batteries can cause burns on contact with the skin. Wear suitable protective gloves at all times if such an event occurs.

In the event of a leakage of batteries / rechargeable batteries, immediately remove them from the product to prevent damage.

Only use the same type of batteries / rechargeable batteries. Do not mix used and new batteries / rechargeable batteries.

Remove batteries / rechargeable batteries if the product will not be used for a longer period.
Risk of damage of the product
- Only use the specified type of battery /rechargeable battery!
- Insert batteries / rechargeable batteries according to polarity marks (+) and (-) on the battery / rechargeable battery and the product.
- Use a dry lint-free cloth or cotton swab to clean the contacts on the battery/rechargeable battery and in the battery compartment before inserting!
- Remove exhausted batteries / rechargeable batteries from the product immediately.
Start-up
Before first use

- Remove the battery compartment cover 16 on the rear side of digital manometer 1 .
- Put the batteries 15 into battery compartment 17 . Check the polarity of the battery is correctly connected.
- Close the battery compartment 17 by replacing the compartment cover 16 .
Connecting the compressed air source
Warning: Never exceed the maximum permitted operating pressure of 8 bar.
Warning: In order to regulate the pressure, the compressed air source
must be fitted with a pressure regulator.
- Connect the product to a suitable compressed air source. Now connect the supply pipe using the quick-release connector to the male air fitting coupler 7 on the inflator 5 .
Using the digital inflator
- Warning: Inflating bicycle tyre, ball, airbed, rubber dinghy etc. is a noisy operation. In order to protect hearing, wear suitable ear protection gear is required. Always wear suitable personal protective gear whenever is applicable by checking the instruction manual of the product to be inflated.
- Warning: Never point the digital inflator to people or animal. Expelling high pressure air to eyes will cause serious injury.
Digital manometer functionalities
Note: The function of digital manometer is to monitor the inflation pressure. It is not a calibrated measurement device.
- Press On /Unit /Off button 4 briefly to switch on the digital manometer 1 .
- When digital manometer 1 be switched on, by pressing On /Unit /Off button 4 for about 5 seconds to switch it off.
- To switch on the back light of LCD display panel 2 by pressing Light/Zero button 3 briefly.
- To switch off the back light of LCD display panel 2 by pressing Light/Zero button 3 briefly.
- Press briefly On /Unit /Off button 4 to select measuring unit of bar, kgf/cm2 , psi, or kPa.
- Press Light /Zero button 3 for about 5 seconds to reset the digital pressure gauge 1 to zero reading.
Note: Do not reset digital manometer whilst measuring. Only reset it when inflator is disconnected from bicycle tyre or the item to be inflated.
Note: Digital manometer has auto-off function, whenever product stays alone without pressing any functional button for about 30 seconds, it will switch off automatically to save battery energy
Connecting and removal of adaptor nozzle
- Press down lock lever 11 of connector 10.
- While pressing down lock lever 11 , insert adaptor nozzle into the hole of connector 10 in direction a till it is completely reaching the bottom of the hole.
- Then release lock lever 11 .
- To remove the adaptor nozzle by pressing down lock lever 11 and pull out the adaptor nozzle in direction b by completely away from the connector 10.
Inflating an item
- Check LCD display panel 2 reading is set to zero before connecting to item to be inflated.
- Connect to the valve of the item to be inflated securely.
- Press down trigger 8 to process inflation operations.
- Monitor the pressure reading from LCD display panel 2 .
- Till reaching desired pressure, release trigger 8 to stop inflation.
- Remove the adaptor nozzle from the valve of the item to be inflated.
Regulating pressure
- If there is too much air inflated into the item or reaching pressure higher than desired. Press down pressure release button 6 to release some of the air to regulate the pressure.
Warning: Always disconnect the inflator from the compressed air source after finishing the work to avoid expelling high pressure air to people or animal by accident that may cause personal injury.
Changing the batteries

When battery level is low it needs to be replaced by new one. Always replace both batteries.
- Remove the battery compartment cover 16 on the rear side of digital manometer 1 .
- Remove the exhausted batteries 15 from battery compartment 17 .
- Put the new batteries 15 into battery compartment 17 . Check the polarity of the battery is correctly connected.
- Close the battery compartment 17 by replacing the compartment cover 16 .
Maintenance
- Warning: DANGER OF INJURY! Always disconnect the product from the compressed air supply before cleaning it. The product does not require special maintenance.
Cleaning
- Do not use sharp objects to clean the product.
- Do not allow liquids to get inside the product, this can cause damage to it.
- Clean the product regularly. The best time to do so is right after completing works.
- Clean the product housing with a dry cloth.
Storage
Product needs to be stored according the following conditions.
- Store product dust-free place.
- Do not expose the product to liquids, fire, heat source and/or aggressive substances.
- Do not store the product outdoors.
- Keep the product out of reach of children.
- Ideal storage condition is in temperature range from +10°C to +30°C and relative humidity is not more than 60%.
- If product is not be used for a long time, 3 months or more, take out the batteries from the digital manometer and store it separately.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.
- Observe the marking of the packaging materials for waste separation, which are marked with abbreviations (a) and numbers (b) with following meaning: 1–7: plastics / 20–22: paper and fibreboard/ 80–98: composite materials.
- The product and packaging materials are recyclable, dispose of it separately for better waste treatment. The Triman logo is valid in France only.
- Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose of your worn-out product.
- To help protect the environment, please dispose of the product properly when it has reached the end of its useful life and not in the household waste. Information on collection points and their opening hours can be obtained from your local authority.
Faulty or used batteries / rechargeable batteries must be recycled in
accordance with Directive 2006/66/EC and its amendments.
Please return the batteries / rechargeable batteries and/or the product to the
available collection points.
Environmental damage through incorrect disposal of the batteries / rechargeable batteries!
Batteries / rechargeable batteries may not be disposed of with the usual domestic waste. They may contain toxic heavy metals and are subject to hazardous waste treatment rules and regulations. The chemical symbols for heavy metals are as follows: Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb = lead. That is why you should dispose of used batteries / rechargeable batteries at a local collection point.
Warranty
The product has been manufactured to strict quality guidelines and meticulously examined before delivery. In the event of product defects you have legal rights against the retailer of this product. Your legal rights are not limited in any way by our warranty detailed below.
The warranty for this product is 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Please keep the original sales receipt in a safe location. This document is required as your proof of purchase.
Should this product show any fault in materials or manufacture within 3 years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it – at our choice – free of charge to you. This warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged, or used or maintained improperly.
The warranty applies to defects in material or manufacture. This warranty does not cover product parts subject to normal wear, thus possibly considered consumables (e.g. batteries) or for damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches, rechargeable batteries or glass parts.

Please have the till receipt and the item number (e.g. IAN 123456_7890) available as proof of purchase.
You will find the item number on the rating plate, an engraving on the front page of the instructions for use (bottom left), or as a sticker on the rear or bottom of the product.
If functional or other defects occur, please contact the service department listed either by telephone or by e-mail.
You can return a defective product to us free of charge to the service address that will be provided to you. Ensure that you enclose the proof of purchase (till receipt) and information about what the defect is and when it occurred.
