WATERWARE CYSH100 Habanero Heat Exchange Module

Product Information

  • The Habanero heat exchange module is a product manufactured by Habanero Limited. It comes with a limited warranty against faulty materials or manufacturing faults from the date of purchase. The module is designed to transfer heat efficiently and is equipped with a GEA/AISI304 brazed plate heat exchanger. It has a maximum transfer capacity of 100 kW (CYSH100 model) or 200 kW (CYSH200 model). The primary flow required for optimal performance is 8.8m3/hr (CYSH100) or 14.7m3/hr (CYSH200), with a primary pressure drop of 41 kPa (CYSH100) or 35 kPa (CYSH200).
  • The module is equipped with a bronze re-circulating secondary pump, which operates at a voltage of 230V (CYSH100) or 230V (CYSH200). The pump speed setting can be adjusted according to the user’s requirements. The maximum power consumption is 190 watts (CYSH100) or 225 watts (CYSH200).

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Ensure that the Habanero heat exchange module is installed by a qualified professional.
  2. Refer to the wiring schematic provided in the installation manual for proper electrical connections.
  3. Follow the assembly instructions provided in the manual to correctly install the module.
  4. Ensure that the primary flow rate and pressure meet the specified requirements for optimal performance.
  5. Adjust the pump speed setting according to your needs.
  6. Regularly inspect and maintain the module to ensure efficient operation.
  7. Do not attempt to change or alter any parts without prior authorization from Habanero Limited.

HABANERO DESCRIPTION

In place of the traditional coil in tank style calorifier, together with RM Cylinders we have developed an external heat exchanger module which manifolds directly into the accumulators pre-arranged ports.
This allows a significantly higher kW transfer than would normally be possible if using internal heat exchange coils while also retaining the full 500L or 1000L storage capacity. The result is large volume hot water production for less cost and a smaller foot print.
The 500 and 1000L share the same convenient tapping size and positions which will accept both the 100kW or 200kW ‘Habanero’ modules.
