First use
Before using it for the first time, please make sure that the power of the two earphones and the charging compartment is full. When the power is low, please use the charger to On/Off.
Automatic boot
- Flip the charging compartment, and the headset will automatically turn on in the base.
- Long press the touch button for 3 seconds.
Automatic shut-down
- Put the headset into the charging base. And close the lid.
Bluetooth pairing connection
Bluetooth pairing: the headset is turned on and enters the pairing state, and the Bluetooth device searches for the headset pairing name “s12” and clicks to connect to complete the pairing. (If you can’t search for Bluetooth, please turn off and on the phone’s Bluetooth to reconnect) Successful connection: Voice prompt “Connected”.
Automatically connect back: After the first connection.
Reset
When the left and right ears are not connected or the device
cannot be paired, you can reset it according to the following
operations:
- Delete the pairing information of the “S12” headset on the mobile phone first.
- When the headset is turned on and not connected, tap the left/right headset function key 5 times to turn it off.
- After resetting the headset, the pairing information recorded by the Other functions.
Other functions
Manual on/off
In the off state, press and hold the function button for 3 seconds to turn on the headset.
In the power-on state, press and hold the function button for 5 seconds, the headset will be disconnected and turned off. Timeout not connected.
When the headset is waiting to be paired, if it fails to connect with the device within 5 minutes, it will automatically shut down
Bluetooth disconnect

Play music

When the headset is in a low battery state, the headset will have a voice prompt to indicate that the battery is insufficient. Please put the headset in the charging box to charge in time.

- Turn on: the blue light keeps on.

- Successful pairing: the indicator light goes out.
- Music status: the indicator light goes out.
- Call status: the indicator light is off.
- Low battery: The blue light flashes quickly.
- Charging status: the blue light is always on.
- Charging is completed: the blue light goes out.

- Charging: the red light flashes.
- Charging is complete: the red light is on.
- Low battery: The blue light flashes quickly.
- Charge the headset: the blue light is on.
- The headset is fully charged: the blue light goes out.

The headset cannot be paired with the mobile phone?
Check whether the headset is paired or connected back, and check the Bluetooth search function of the mobile phone. -

Can I use this headset while driving?
