WORK AREA
CAUTION! Do not assemble this Portable Lumber Mill until you have read this manual and have developed a thorough understanding of how the Portable Lumber Millworks.

- Keep work area clean, free of clutter and well lit. Cluttered and dark work areas can cause accidents.
- Keep children and bystanders away while assembling the Lumber Mill
- Be alert of your surroundings. Using the Lumber Mill in confined work areas may put you dangerously close to cutting tools and rotating parts.
ASSEMBLY

Insert two M8×75 bolts (#11) through the adjustment post (#12) and into the clamp bracket (#13). Ensure that the side of the adjustment post with measurements on it is facing away from you when assembling. Tighten the nuts at the bottom of the clamp bracket, but leave an adequate gap for the chainsaw bar.

Insert two M8×75 bolts (#11) through the adjustment post (#22). Slide the bolts through the nose guard (#14) and into the clamp bracket (#20). Tighten the nuts at the bottom of the clamp bracket, but leave an adequate gap for the chainsaw bar.

Attach the thrust end and post assembly to the end bracket using a U-clamp (#4) post clamp (#5) two flat washers (#7) and coupling nuts (#15).

Align the thrust end flush with the end bracket, and then secure the handle using M5x45 screws (#1) and lock nuts (#3).

Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the nose end but do not fully tighten the connections.

Attach the tie bar (#17) to the guide bar (# 19) using M8x25 bolts (#9) ,flat washers (#7), an M8 hex nut (#6) and a coupling nut (#15). Attach the tie and guide bar assembly to the thickness rails (#10) using 2 M8x25 bolts (#9), flat washers (#7) and coupling nuts (#15). Attach the shield (#25) to the thickness rails (#10) using 4 M8x25 bolts (#9), flat washers (#7) and coupling nuts (#15).
- Attach an end bracket (#8) to the thickness rails (#10) using 2 M8x25 bolts(#9), flat washers (#7) and M8 hex nuts (#6). Tighten the hex nuts using fingers only. Repeat the process for the second end bracket. Ensure the end brackets are flush with the thickness rails.
