This device has been tested to comply with IEC standards IEC 6061-1, IEC 6061-1-2, and IEC 6061-11. WESPER is an electrical appliance and safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock or injury, including the following precautions:
Wear And Care
For the avoidance of doubt, WHISPER is not a medical device and is not intended to replace any medical diagnosis or treatment recommended to you by your physician. When caring for your WESPER, follow these tips: Do not use cleaners or any liquid to clean your WESPER. Only place on dry surfaces. Do not place on a surface wet from water or cleaning solvents. Do not place or store the product in an area subject to excess dust. Do not expose your WESPER to direct sunlight for extended periods of time. Do not leave your WESPER near an open flame. Do not place or store the product where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink. If you experience any kind of discomfort or notice signs of skin irritation where your WESPER touches your skin, please discontinue use and contact our support team. Do not attempt to disassemble or service your WESPER yourself. Protect your WESPER from any shocks or impacts. Do not expose your WESPER to extremely high temperatures above 104° F (40° C) or low temperatures below 23° F (-5° C). Battery life: 12 hours (150mAH) Use only a certified USB power adapter (not included). The power supply should be Limited Power Supply (LPS).

Batteries Precautions
To reduce the risk of electric shock and to avoid possible risks associated with hazardous voltage, which if not avoided could result in death or serious injuries. Read, understand and follow the following safety instructions: This product contains a lithium-ion battery. Use only the included wireless charging mat to recharge your patches. Do not attempt to charge the device using another wireless charging device. There is a risk of explosion if batteries are not handled in the correct way. The batteries are not designed to be replaced. Damage inflicted on the battery could cause an explosion and/or fire. Do not dismantle, open or shred the battery. Do not expose the battery to heat or fire. Avoid storage in direct sunlight. Do not short- circuit the battery.

Wesper is not responsible for any radio interference caused by unauthorized modifications to this equipment. Changes or modifications not expressly approved by Wesper could void the user’s authority and warranty to operate the equipment.
Silicone Adhesives
WESPER’s adhesives are made from medical-grade silicone. Avoid use if you have any known allergy to silicone. The adhesives have been thoroughly tested and should not cause skin irritation. However, if skin irritation develops or any other symptoms occur, discontinue use and contact us. In case of irritation, wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. Seek medical attention if symptoms persist. The adhesives should not be used on wounded skin. If eye contact occurs, hold the eye open and immediately rinse with water for at least 15 minutes. Obtain medical attention if soreness or redness persists.

Get Started

  1.  Connect the charger to an outlet with the cable provided
  2.  Make sure the charger and back of the patches are clean and free of any debris.
  3.  Place the patches onto the charger. Confirm the blue corner charging LEDs are illuminated. If they aren’t, gently move the patches around until they are to ensure charging.WESPER WKRV01 Sleep Kit  1
  4. Charge the patches for at least 3 hours. Depending on your patch model, the corner charging LED may turn off when charging is complete or remain on.
  5. Install the Wesper app from the App Store and create an account. We’ll take it from there!

Preparing For Your Test

Apply a new set of adhesive backings:

  1.  Make sure the back of the patch is clean and dry.
  2. Remove one of the adhesive liners using the pull tab.
  3. Align the adhesive over the shape of the patch and press firmly.
  4. Repeat application on the second patch.
  5. Open the app and start a new test, following the in-app instructions. Sweet dreams!
