OPERATION GUIDE
1. FIRST USAGE
- Please take out the pet fountain and accessories.
- Please clean the inner wall and top cover of the water storage bucket and filter core.
- please insert the filter core into the filter core slot at the bottom of the top cover after immersing the filter element in clean water for 2 minutes.
- Please add water to the transparent water bucket above the MIN line and below the MAX line.
- Please take the adapter and plug it into the USB interface of the button of the pet fountain.
- Please press the button on the front body of the pet fountain to turn on and off the water feeding function, and please press the button for a long time(around 6 to 7 seconds) to restore factory default settings, it will come to the network configuration status(network indicator flashes).
2. CONNECT AND DOWNLOAD
Tesla Smart is available for both iOS and Android OS. Search the name
‚Tesla Smart‘, in App Store or Google Play, or scan the QR-Code to download
the App.
3. REGISTRATION PROCESS Step 1 : Open the Tesla Smart App, click
„Register“, read the „Privacy Policy“ and click „Agree“. Step 2: Input a
legal and valid Mobile number or Email address and click „Continue“. Input the
Verification Code, then log in to the app.|
4. SET UP A SMART PET FOUNTAIN
ADDING WATER INSTRUCTION

No need to power off, just take out the water tank and cover

CLEAN INSTRUCTION
Recommended to clean at least once per week and change water to prevent poor
water quality or poor outlet water caused by filtration blockage.
- Remove the water tank cover and clean
- Remove the filter and groove carefully
- Clean the filter groove and remove dirties
- Clean the pump
- Clean the inside of the water tank and dry it outside
- When the filter slot is replaced by the top cover, check whether the bayonet is closed.
ATTENTION
- Be sure to clean the pet fountain after disconnecting the power supply.
- Do not immerse the pet fountain body and power adapter in water.
- For the first time, please clean the inside of the transparent water tank, top cover, and filter slot.
- The filter may be attached with a small amount of powder. This is a normal phenomenon. Rinse.
- .The filter is recommended to be replaced once a month.
WARNING
- The Pet fountain and all accessories are not edible.
- Please use the pet fountain in a dry indoor environment.
- Do not place the pet fountain in a high place.
- Keep the pet fountain horizontal when using it. Do not tilt or tip it.
- Do not add hot water or boiling water to the water tank to avoid hot deformation.
- Please make sure that the power cable is blocked and stored to avoid leakage damage caused by pet bites. The power supply is at a safe working voltage and does not endanger the safety of pets and owners.
- Do not disassemble or repair the pet fountain, otherwise, it will affect the after-sales service.
- Please do not use any accessories that are not provided by the original manufacturer. We are only responsible for the performance and safety of the officially designated accessories.

A. It has low working power (MAX4.5W) and consumes about 1 kWh in 10 days. The
product adopts a silent pump and noise reduction design, working without
noise. (There are natural water sounds to attract pets to drink plenty of
water.)

bitten by a pet?
A. The power supply adopts a 5V low voltage and 0.6A low current to ensure the
safety of pets. Friendly reminder: using a broken power core will have a
hazard of pets eating, please replace it in time.

A. Suitable for adult cats and small medium dogs.
Q. What is the reason that the pet fountain does not work after it is
powered on?
- Check if the power cord is damaged;
- Check if the bottom power connector is loose;
