Instructions
- Power on Long press the multi-function button for 3-5 seconds. When a prompt” power on” is heard, the red and blue light alternately flashes, it means the headphone has been powered on.
- Bluetooth connection For first-time use, after turning on, the headphone will enter a Bluetooth pairing state, Search and click “X14” on the device, there is a prompt “connected and the indicator will light blue every 5 seconds.
- Change Bluetooth devices and Re-connection Disconnect the currently paired device from Bluetooth, the headphone indicator flashes red and blue alternately, Search and click “X14” on the new device. The X14 headphone supports automatic reconnection to the last paired Bluetooth device.
- Power off Long press the multi-function button for about 3-5 seconds, and the headphone will shut down. The indicator light goes out.
How to Charge
In the connected state, the phone will display the headphone battery. If the battery icon displays red, it means the headphone is out of battery, please connect with the original USB-C charging cable (included in the package box) to charge. Note: 5V power supply, such as mobile phone adapters, can be used to charge.

Troubleshooting
- Unable to Power on Check whether the headphone is fully charged, whether the button is misoperated, and then charge to activate.
- Unable to Pair Make sure the headphone indicator is in the alternately flashing stage of red and blue. If it is in the breathing state of blue light, it means that the headphone has been connected to other devices and needs to disconnect the current connected device.
- Can’t Re-connect to last device Make sure the Bluetooth has already been turned on properly.
- Headphone volume is low Check and adjust the volume of the phone. If volume settings of both the phone and headphones are high enough, please check whether the wearing is in the right place.
