A: Yes, the wifi temperature monitoring system supports data logging and historical data export, MOCREO will keep almost six months of historical data. You can visualize the temperature change graph on the app, and you can select different time period to view the data.MOCREO will save the historical data record for nearly six months for viewing and analyzing.
Q: What types of alarms are there?
A: 1) Tempe Over Threshold Alerts: including App Push Notifications, Email Alerts, and Hub 90dB Beep Alerts. These alert types are optional and a schedule can be set to turn off the alert. 2) Hub Offline Notification: When the Hub is offline for more than 10 minutes due to a power or internet outage, a Hub offline notification will be sent (App & Email). 3) 10% Low Battery Alert: Sends an alert when the Sensor's battery level falls below 10% (App & Email).

Q: Does the probe wire break the refrigerator seal?
A: No, it does not. The product probe cable is tested and specially designed with a flat probe cable of 1.3mm thickness, which is much smaller than the seal gap of refrigerator (1.5mm). This allows the product to maintain the tightness of the refrigerator while ensuring accurate temperatures.

A: The WiFi Thermometer Kit itself is designed for indoor use, however, it can be used outdoors under the right conditions. The following conditions need to be ensured for outdoor use: 1) The Hub can connect to WiFi, Ethernet, or a cellular hotspot. 2) The distance between the hub and the sensor is within the appropriate range. 3) It should be noted that although the Sensor is waterproof, the Sensor white box is not waterproof, so it needs to be protected in some way, such as in a waterproof bag, to avoid exposure to rain or extreme weather conditions.
