Troubleshooting

1. Does this hub support video transmission?
   No, all 4 USB-C ports only support data transfer.

2. When I connect all 4 USB-Cports, why can’t I reach 10Gbps?
   This 4-port USB-C upstream interface has a maximum theoretical bandwidth of 10 Gbps. When we connect only one USB-C port, the maximum speed (10Gbps) can be achieved, but when multiple USB-C ports are connected, the bandwidth will be automatically allocated, so less than 10 Gbps.

3. Can l charge my laptop via any USB-C port?
   All these 4 USB ports are data ports only. We cannot charge our laptop via any of these ports.

4. Will these USB-C ports supply power to external devices?
   The four USB-C ports on this Hub have an external output power of about 4.5 w (SV 0.9A). So it can power downstream devices at very low power, but this will drain power from the connected master device.

5. Can the product support connecting a USB-C to a J45 adapter?
   The product supports connecting a USBC to RJ45, you need to manually set the IP.
