LET’S CONNECT
First Time Pairing
Remove both of the MIXX StreamBuds Air 2 earbuds from the Portable charging
case .5They will automatically dual pair with each other. You will hear a
‘Beep’ sound and then ‘Pairing’. The Earbud LED Light wil2 l to flash RED
confirming pairing mode. If the earbuds do not automatically dual pair
together, double-tap either Touch 1Sensor or t3 o pair.Go to the Bluetooth
settings on your audio device and select ‘MIXX StreamBuds Air 2’ from the
list.Once paired successfully you will hear ‘Connected’ and the Earbud LED
Light will turn off. You can now enjoy your music, a video or take a call
hands-free. After this initial pairing the earbuds will seamlessly reconnect
to the last used Bluetooth audio device it was paired with and will confirm by
saying ‘Connected’. Placing both earbuds back in the Portable Charging Case
will power them off.
LET’S ASK GOOGLE OR SIRI
Pair your Bluetooth device with your earbuds. Triple tap either Touch
Sensor 1 or 3 Triple tap either Touch Sensor 1 or 3 Your Voice Assist familiar
‘beep’ will sound to confirm the connection. You can now ask Siri or Google
Assistant a question or state a command.
LET’S STAY CHARGED
The EarbudsThe StreamBuds Air 2 earbuds are charged using the Portable
Charging Case While in the case each Earbud LED Light will be RED and once
fully charged the LED Lights will turn off. Secure the earbuds by closing the
lid.
The Portable Charging Case
When all 4 LED Charge Indicators Charging Case 5 .switch off it is time to
recharge the Portable switch off it is time to recharge the Portable Always
charge the case to a suitable USB wall charger, computer USB port or a power
bank using the USB Type C charging cable supplied. Each LED Charge Indicator
Each LED Charge IndicatorThe first LED indicator will flash WHITE while
charging and once it reaches its 25% charge, it will then remain a solid WHITE
as the next LED charge indicator light begins to flash. The case is fully
charged when all 4 LED indicators are a solid WHITE. This can take between 1
to 2 hours.
LET’S PLAY
First Time Pairing
Remove both earbuds from the Portable Charging Case. They will
automatically dual pair with each other. You will confirm with a ‘Beep’ and
then ‘Pairing’. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your audio device to select
‘MIXX StreamBuds Air 2’ from the list. Once paired successfully you will hear
‘Connected’.
Play / Pause
Double-tap either Touch Sensor
Lower Volume
Single tap LEFT Touch Sensor Increase Volume Single tap RIGHT Touch Sensor
Previous Track Tap and hold LEFT
Touch Sensor Skip Track Tap and hold RIGHT Answer / End Call Double-tap either Touch Sensor
Activate Siri or Google Assistant
Triple tap either Touch Sensor 1 or 3 to activate Siri or Google Assistant.
Listen for the familiar Voice Assist ‘beep’ then ask a question or state a
command.
Power on
Remove both earbuds from the Portable Charging Case and they will
automatically dual pair to each other and will confirm with ‘Connected’.
Power off
Place both earbuds in the charging case.
NEED EXTRA HELP?
Common solutions If you are experiencing problems with your earbuds:
- Power on the earbuds (see Let’s play section).
- Check the status on the LED Lights (see Let’s stay charged section).
- Charge the earbuds (see Let’s stay charged section).
- Move your device closer to the earbuds and away from any obstructions or interference.
- Try connecting to another device.
Question & Answers
Q. While pairing with my phone, I see two ‘MIXX StreamBuds Air 2’ in my
Bluetooth menu listing?
A. Wait for 4 seconds for the earbuds to connect to each other before
pairing with your device. If there is still no connection simply ‘forget’ or
‘unpair’ both earbuds in your Bluetooth settings, place them back in the
Portable Charging Case and start again.
Q. My earbuds are not pairing together automatically when they are removed
from the case?
A. Double-tap either Touch Sensor to dual pair the earbuds together.
Q. What smartphone voice assist systems do these earbuds work with?
A. You can connect to Siri or Google Assistant after pairing with your
smartphone.
