LET’S CONNECT
First Time Pairing
Remove both earbuds from the Portable Charging Case
They will automatically dual pair together; a voice will prompt ‘Power on, pairing’ and a ‘Beep’ will sound. One of the Earbud LED Light 2 will flash WHITE to indicate pairing mode. If the earbuds do not automatically dual pair together, tap each earbud 4 times to power off and then place them both back into the case. Remove the earbuds and they should automatically dual pair together.
Go to the Bluetooth settings on your audio device and select ‘MIXX ColourChroma 2’ from the list. Once paired successfully you will hear ‘Connected’ and the Earbud LED Light wil2 l turn off. You can now enjoy your music, watch a video or take a call hands-free. The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last device they were paired with, confirming ‘Connected’.
Placing both earbuds back in the Portable Charging Case 5 will power them off.
LET’S ASK GOOGLE OR SIRI
Pair your Bluetooth device with your earbuds.
Triple-tap either Touch Sensor 1 or 3 to activate Siri or Google Assistant. Your Voice Assist familiar ‘Beep’ will sound to confirm the connection. You can now ask Siri or Google Assistant a question or state a command.
LET’S STAY CHARGED
The Earbuds
A voice prompt ‘Battery low’ allows for 2 minutes of playtime before the
earbud(s) powers down stating ‘Battery low, power off. The Earbuds LED Light 2
will flash WHITE once and will then switch off. Charge the earbuds using the
Portable Charging Case 5.
While charging, each Earbud LED Light 2 will be WHITE, and once fully charged
the LED Lights will turn off. Secure the earbuds by closing the lid.
When the earbuds are placed inside the case and the lid is closed, the charge
indicator light (7)7 will glow green until the earbuds inside are fully
charged and the indicator light turns off.
The Portable Charging Case
Always connect the case to a suitable USB wall charger, computer USB port,
or a power bank using the USB C charging cable 8e (8) supplied. The charge
light indicates 7 will blink RED, on and off, to show the case is charging
.
TIP: 15-MINUTE QUICK CHARGE
If you’re running low on power, charge your earbuds for 15 minutes and get 2
hours of extra playtime while on the go.
LET’S PLAY
First Time Pairing
Remove both earbuds from the charging case. Go to the Bluetooth settings on
your audio device to select ‘MIXX ColourChroma 2’ from the list. Once paired
successfully you will hear ‘Connected’.
Play/Pause
Double tap either Touch Sensor 1 or 3
Decrease Volume
Single tap LEFT Touch Sensor 1
Increase Volume
Single tap RIGHT Touch Sensor 3
Previous Track
Tap and hold LEFT Touch Sensor 1
Skip Track
Tap and hold RIGHT Touch Sensor 3
Activate Siri or Google Assistant
Triple-tap either Touch Sensor 1 or 3 to activate Siri or Google Assistant.
Listen for the familiar Voice Assist ‘Beep’ then ask a question or state a
command.
Power on
Remove both earbuds from the case. They will automatically turn on and dual
pair together. A voice prompt will state ‘Connected’ as confirmation. To
manually turn on, long press each Touch Sensor for 3 seconds.
Power off
Place both earbuds in the case and close the lid. This will automatically turn
off the earbuds and the Bluetooth.
NEED EXTRA HELP
Common solutions
If you are experiencing problems with your earbuds:
- Power on the earbuds.
- Check the status of the LED Lights.
- Charge the earbuds.
- Move your device closer to the earbuds and away from any obstructions or interference.
- Try connecting to another device.
Question & Answers
Q. While pairing with my phone, I see two ‘MIXX ColourChroma 2’ in my
Bluetooth menu listing?
A. One of the Earbud LED Lights will flash WHITE, wait approximately 4 seconds
for the earbuds to connect to each other before pairing with your device. If
there is still no connection simply ‘forget’ or ‘unpair’ both earbuds in your
Bluetooth settings, place them back in the case, and start again.
Q. How do I turn on my earbuds without using the charging case?
A. Long press for 3 seconds both Touch Sensors to manually turn them on.
Q. Can I use the earbuds individually?
A. Yes, you can use one earbud while leaving the other in the case to charge.
Swap them over when the earbud in use, loses its charge.
Q. What smartphone voice assist systems do these earbuds work with?
A. Connects with Siri, Google Assistant, or Bixby (depending on your device).

- They emit loud unusual noise
- You experience a warming sensation
- There is a loss of audio

product. Only use the cable supplied to charge your device. May contain small

the product has been damaged in any way, does not operate normally, or has
been dropped.

The operating temperature range for this product is 5º – 40º celsius. Please
