LET’S CONNECT
First Time Pairing
Place the earbuds in the Portable Charging Case . See 5 the back of the
earbuds to ensure the left (L) and the right (R) earbuds are in their
respective slots in the case.
Remove both earbuds from the Portable Charging Case 5 .
They will automatically dual pair together and a ‘Beep’ will sound. One of the
Earbud LED lights 4 will flash WHITE to indicate pairing mode.
Go to the Bluetooth settings on your audio device to select ‘MIXX StreamBuds M1’ from the list. Once paired successfully you will hear ‘Connected’ and the Earbud LED Light wil4 l turn off.
You can now enjoy your music, watch a video or take a call hands-free. The
earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last device they were paired with,
confirming ‘Connected’.
Placing both earbuds back in the Portable Charging Case will power them off.
LET’S ASK GOOGLE OR SIRI
Pair your Bluetooth device with your earbuds.
Double tap either Touch Sensor 1 or 3 to activate Siri or Google Assistant.
Your Voice Assist familiar ‘Beep’ will sound to confirm connection. You can
now ask Siri or Google Assistant a question or state a command.
LET’S STAY CHARGED
The Earbuds
A voice prompt ‘Battery low’ allows for 2 minutes play time before the earbud
powers down stating ‘Battery low, power off’. The Earbuds LED Light 4s will
each flash WHITE for 5 seconds and will then switch off.
Charge the earbuds by placing them in the Portable Charging case .5
IMPORTANT! See the back of each earbud to view the left While charging, the Earbud LED Lights 4 will be WHITE and once fully charged, the LED Lights will turn off.
The Portable Charging Case
Ensure that one or both earbuds are inside the Portable Charging Case 5 to
check the battery status of the case. Remove the earbuds then place them back
into the case.When the case LED Charge Light 6 flashes BLUE or does not
light up then it is time to recharge the Case.
Always charge the case to a suitable USB wall charger, computer USB port or a
power bank using the USB Type C charging cable supplied.
The LED Charge Light 6 will flash RED while charging and will then turn
off once fully charged. This can take up to 1 to 2 hours.
TIP: 15 MINUTE QUICK CHARGE
If you’re running low on power, charge your earbuds for 15 minutes and get 2
hours extra play time while on the go.
LET’S PLAY
TOP TIP: For better noise isolation, comfort and sound quality ensure the correct sized (S, M or L) ear cushions (supplied) are fitted on the earbuds.
First Time Pairing
Remove both earbuds from the Portable Charging Case.
Go to the Bluetooth settings on your audio device to select ‘MIXX StreamBuds
M1’ from the list.
Once paired successfully you will hear ‘Connected’.
NOTE: Check the back of the earbuds for (L) and (R) letters to ensure you place them in the correct ears.
Play / Pause
Long press for 2 seconds either Touch Sensor or .
Decrease Volume
Single tap LEFT Touch Sensor 1 .
Increase Volume
Single tap RIGHT Touch Sensor 3.
Answer / End call
Long press for 2 seconds either Touch Sensor 1 or 3.
Decline an incoming call
Double tap either Touch Sensor 1 or 3.
Activate Siri or Google Assistant
Double tap either Touch Sensor 1 or 3 to activate Siri or Google
Assistant.
Listen for the familiar Voice Assist ‘beep’ then ask a question or state a
command.
Power On
Remove both earbuds from the case and they will automatically dual pair
together.
To manually turn on, long press for 3 seconds each Touch Sensor.
Power Off
Place both earbuds in the case and close the lid. This will automatically turn
off the earbuds and the Bluetooth.
NEED EXTRA HELP?
Common solutions
If you are experiencing problems with your earbuds:
- Power on the earbuds (see Let’s play section).
- Check the status on the LED Lights (see Let’s staycharged section).
- Charge the earbuds (see Let’s stay charged section).
- Move your device closer to the earbuds and away fromany obstructions or interference.
- Try connecting to another device.
Question & Answers
Q. While pairing with my phone, I see two ‘MIXXStreamBuds M1’ in my
Bluetooth menu listing?
A. Wait for 4 seconds for the earbuds to connect to eachother before pairing
with your device.
If there is still no connection simply ‘forget’ or ‘unpair’ both earbuds in
your Bluetooth settings, place them back in the Portable Charging Case
andstart again.
Q. What smartphone voice assist systems do theseearbuds work with?
A. You can connect to Siri or Google Assistant after pairing with your
smartphone.

Do NOT use noise cancelling mode or use your device in areas where the use of
hearing is required for safety. e.g., while riding a bicycle, at a
construction site or railroad etc.
Do NOT drop, short circuit, disassemble or continue to use this product and
its portable charging case if damaged.
CAUTION!
Please remove your device from your ears immediately if:
- They emit any loud unusual noise
- You experience a warming sensation
- There is loss of audio

IMPORTANT!
Do NOT use a non-certified PD or QC3 wall charger as this may damage the
product. Only use the cable supplied to charge your device.
May contains small parts which may be a choking hazard. NOT suitable for
children under age 6.
NOTE: If your product has become damaged in any way, does not operate normally or has been dropped, please refer to a qualified person to have the product checked before continuing to use it.
WARNING: The operating temperature range for this product is 5º – 40º
celsius.
Please avoid exposing the product, charging case and cable connectors to
prolonged rain, moisture, any splashing or liquid spills.
This may cause excessive heat or melting and may lead to fire damage or
