Product Usage Instructions
Charging the Earbuds and Case
To charge the earbuds and case:
- Place the earbuds into the charging case.
- Connect the charging case to a power source using the provided USB-C cable.
- The charge light indicator will blink RED when the case is charging.
- For a quick charge, 15 minutes of charging provides 2 hours of additional playtime.
Pairing the Earbuds
To pair the earbuds:
- Remove both earbuds from the Portable Charging Case.
- They should automatically pair together; If not, tap each earbud 4 times to reset and try again.
- Select ‘MIXX ColourChroma 3’ from your device’s Bluetooth settings to complete pairing.
Using Voice Assistants
To use Siri or Google Assistant:
- Triple tap either Touch Sensor to activate Siri or Google Assistant.
- You will hear a confirmation sound, then you can ask questions or give commands.

- Q: How do I know if the earbuds are fully charged?
- A: The charge light indicator on the case will turn solid green when the earbuds are fully charged.

- A: Yes, you can use either earbud independently by removing just one from the charging case.
- Q: How do I reset the earbuds?
- A: Tap each earbud four times to reset them if they are not pairing correctly.
LET’S STAY CHARGED
Note: If your earbuds and charge case do not have any power when you first unpack them, place the earbuds into the charge case and plug the charge case into a USB port using the USB C cable [8] provided.
The Earbuds
- A voice prompt “Battery low” allows for 2 minutes of playtime before the earbud(s) powers down stating “Battery low, power off”. The Earbuds LED Light [2] wil flash WHITE once and will then switch off. Charge the earbuds using the Portable Charging Case [5].
- While charging, each Earbud LED Light [2] wil be WHITE and once fully charged the LED Lights will turn off. Secure the earbuds by closing the lid.
- When the earbuds are placed inside the case and the lid is closed, the charge indicator light [7] will glow green for 4 seconds to show it is charging and then turn off.
TIP: 15 MINUTE QUICK CHARGE
If you’re running low on power, charge your earbuds in the case for 15 minutes
and get 2 hours of extra playtime while on the go.
The Portable Charging Case
- Always connect the case via the USB C port [6] , to a suitable USB wall charger, computer USB port or a power bank using the USB C charging cable [8] supplied. Plug the supplied cable into the USB C port [6] on the charge case.
- The charge light indicator [7] will blink RED, on and off, to show the case is charging.
LET’S CONNECT
First time pairing
- Remove both earbuds from the Portable Charging Case [5]. They will automatically dual pair together; a voice will prompt
- “Power on, pairing” and a ‘Beep’ will sound. One of the Earbud LED Lights [2] will flash WHITE to indicate pairing mode. If the earbuds do not automatically dual pair together, tap each earbud 4 times to power off and then place them both back into the case. Remove the earbuds and they should automatically dual pair together. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your audio device and select ‘MIXX
- ColourChroma 3’ from the list. Once paired successfully you will hear “Connected” and the Earbud LED Light [2] will turn off. You can now enjoy your music, watch a video or take a call hands-free.
- The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last device they were paired with, confirming “Connected”.
- Placing both earbuds back in the Portable Charging Case [5] and closing the lid will power them off. (note – if the earbuds do not turn off, the battery in your charging case needs to be recharged – see ‘Let’s Stay Charged.’
LET’S PLAY
Power on
- Remove both earbuds from the case. They will automatically turn on and dual pair together. A voice prompt will state “Connected” as confirmation. To manually turn on, long press each Touch Sensor for 3 seconds.
Power off
- Place both earbuds in the case and close the lid. This will automatically turn off the earbuds and the Bluetooth.
Play / Pause
- Double tap either Touch Sensor [1] or [3]
Increase Volume
- Single tap RIGHT Touch Sensor [3]
Decrease Volume
- Single tap LEFT Touch Sensor [1]
Previous Track
- Tap and hold LEFT Touch Sensor [1]
Skip Track
- Tap and hold the RIGHT Touch Sensor [3]
Answer / End Call
- Double tap either Touch Sensor [1] or [3] . (Audio is picked up via the microphones [4].
LET’S ASK GOOGLE
ASSISTANT / SIRI
- Triple tap either Touch Sensor [1] or [3] to activate Siri or Google Assistant. Your Voice Assist familiar ‘Beep’ will sound to confirm a connection. You can now ask Siri or Google Assistant a question or state a command.
LET’S RECYCLE
- This product can be recycled.
