Taking Care of Your Headphones

PLEASE DON’T

  • Get the headphones wet.
  • Drop the headphones as this will invalidate your warranty.
  • Open up the headphones. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.
  • Expose the headphones to extreme temperatures or rapid changes of hot to cold or vice versa.

PLEASE DO
Clean the headphones with a soft dry cloth and without detergents.

Battery Information

  • Your device is powered by rechargeable battery. Unplug the charger from the power outlet and the device when not in use.
  • If left unused, a fully-charged battery will lose its capacity over time. We recommend to fully charge the battery twice a month to maintain its service life.
  • Please do not leave the device at an extreme hot or cold temperature (such as in a car parked in the sun), as it will reduce the battery’s capacity and service life.
  • Do not dispose of batteries in fire as they may explode. Batteries may also explode if damaged.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot connect the headphones with your device, please try the following:

  1. Make sure the headphones are charged, switched on, paired with and connected with your device.
  2. Check if the headphones are within the range of 10 m (30 feet) from your device and there are no obstructions (such as walls or other electronic devices) between the headphones and the device. The headphones can only connect with one device at a time, so please ensure there are no conflicting Bluetooth devices trying to connect with the headphones.
  3. If the headphones will not switch off, try resetting them back to normal by putting them on charge.
  4. If you receive an intermittent signal, please check if the headphones are fully charged before continuing to use.
  5. The headphones will automatically power off if not in use for longer than ten minutes and not connected with a device.
  6. If you’re experiencing further problems, please contact us at: support@ideastreamproducts.com / 1-866-459-2400.
