Power On/ Off
As soon as take out earbuds from the charging case, TWS-10-NB-Z turn on automatically.
(Cannot power On/Off manually)

Answer/ Hang up/ Reject the Call
In incoming call, click L or R earbud to answer the phone call.
In incoming call, long press 2 seconds on L or R earbud to reject the call.
When in calling, double-click L or R earbud to hang up the phone call.

Voice assistant
Long press 2 seconds L earbud to tum on voice assistant

Volume up/ down
Single click L earbud to reduce the volume, single click R earbud to increase the volume.

OPERATING

Play/ Pause music
When playing music, double-click L or R earbud to play/pause music.

Last song / Next song
When plying music Three-click L earbud to return to the previous song.
When playing music, three-click R earbud to next song.

Game mode ( low latency)
In normal mode four click Lor R earbud to turn on game mode.

ANC/ Transparency mode
The earbuds in Transparency mode when power on. Hold R earbud for 2 seconds to switch ANC and Transparency mode.

Take out “ TWS-10NB-Z ” from the charging case(which side comes out faster, it will be the main device), both of L&R earbuds turn on and pair with each other automatically. Main device indicator blinks in red and blue alternately. Activate the Bluetooth in your device and click”TWS-10NB-Z” on the Bluetooth list, then you will hear “connected”.

**Note***
The earbuds support single use, If your earbuds don’t pair to each other normally, put back both earbuds to charging base, open the cover and hold the multi-function button of charging case 3S until the main device indicator blinks in red and blue alternately, then follow the above steps again. After first connection successfully, once you open the cover of charging case, the device will reconnect automatically.

RESET

Clear pairing records
Put back both earbuds into the charging case, open the cover and hold the multi-function button of charging case10S until charging case four LED indicator blink 1 O times at same time, it means dear pairing records successfully.

After clearing pairing records successfully, open the cover and hold the multi-function button of charging case 3S until right Led indicator blinks in red and blue alternately to pair both earbuds, then follow the Get Started to connect with your Bluetooth device.

Please use the provided charging cable to recharge the earbuds by the charging case. Charging case LED indicators in white when charging. After full recharged, 4 LED indicators on charging case turn off.

Wear the right size ear caps for your ears.
Adjusting earbuds correctly achieves the best noise reduction performance and sound quality.

NOTES

  1. Avoid prolonged exposure to excessive volume that may cause noise-Induced heartng impairment. Tum the volume down before putting on your earphones, then adjust it to the right volume.
  2. Don’t use earphones while driving or riding your bike
  3. Stay away from sharp edges, uneven surfaces, metal parts, and anything that could damage the earphones.
  4. Do not modify, repair or remove earphones without professional guidance.
  5. Do not use corrosive or volatile liquid to clean the earphones.
  6. Do not use earphones in dangerous environments.
  7. This earphones contains small parts, which may cause choking hazard. Please keep away from children and pets to prevent accidents.
  8. Battery warning:
    Improper use of the battery may cause fire or chemical bums. The battery may explode in case of damage.
    The battery can only be charged using an adapter specially provided for this product.
    Please dispose of batteries according to local regulations. Recycle if possible. Do not dispose of batteries as household waste or throw them into a fire, lest they explode.
    Please refer to the user manual for instructions on the charging status indicator.
