LED light Control

Select your color of LED light- There is a switch on the night side of the LED lightig19) You can select the color manually by pressing the switch. We have white light and white-red light modes for your selection. Please note that the control box can only control the time of LED On or LED OFF, the color of the LED light needs to control manually. The height of LED light-You can decide the height of the LED light depending on your needs. Please note that the closer the light to the plants the higher the temperature is.

Seedling

Germination Stage

  • Add water to the seedling tray, up to the water (red) level.(Fig1)
  • First-time sprout: just open the seedling box and add water. Then go to step 4. (Fig 1)
  • Second time sprout: Open Grow Sponge package,put each sponge piece into the water of the seedling tray (make sure the front side with the seed label is side up), press the sponges into water for 5 seconds, and ensure the sponges absorb water completely. Put seed moisturizing cover on the sponges.(Fig2)
  • Place the seedling tray with cover in the shade.(Fig3)
  • Suggest using Watering Spray water to sponges and keep them wet everyday.
  • During 0 ~ 7 days, find the sprouted ones in the tray; pick them out, and move them into product (make sure the sponges lineup with the black dot on the partition)(Fig4) and to next stage: B2. Young Plant Stage.
  • Discard unsprouted sponges after regular germination time.
  • In each sponge, keep strong plants and cut the other weak plants.
  • The different plants may have different germination time, please check before plant.

Plant Stage

Young Plant Stage

  • Add 10.5 gallons of water to the water tank.
  • During Young Plant Stage turn on LED and Pump. Please refer to the Chart
  • Add adjustment into the water tank and ensure EC value between(=1.0-2.0mS/cm)
  • A spoon=lq/B spoon=5g/C spoon=10g

  • Ensure pH is between 5.5-and 6.5 (adjust by pH+/). For EC& pH adjustment instructions, please refer to the following Chart at below.

Growing Stage

When plants grow to over 2 inches in height, switch the control box to auto mode. Please refer to Chart II.

  •  After 4-6 weeks, harvest the larger plants for consumption and keep smaller plants growing.
  • For time-saving, sow the new seeds in a sprout tray one week before you start the next planting process.

Sprouts and Microgreens

  • Before you start the next seedling, take advantage of the seedling tray for sprouts and microgreens. It takes 7-10 days to harvest.
  • Put seeds in warm water(recommended temperature is 95, not over 104 ) for 24 hours.
  • Cover the sponges with wet paper towels.
  • Place the seedling tray with cover in the shade or cover it with black cloth.
  • After germination, during the growing stage, keep the green sprout under the light and white sprout in the shade or cover it with black cloth; in 7-10 days, you can harvest.

Maintenance

F1. Add Water

  • Measure the pH/EC value every 1-2 weeks and add water to maintain the value balance

F2. Change Water

  • After a cycle of planting, change the water and clean the unit. (fig 1)
  • When changing water, clean water gateway on each planting layers, you may also add moss detergent in the water tank to avoid the moss remaining
  • On a regular basis of every 1-2 weeks, clean the filtering sponge in the pump

F3. EC Meter Use and Calibration

  • Keep the electrode clean from the EC meter and cover the electrode protective cap when not in use.
  • Turn off the meter when not in use for an extended amount of time.

Troubleshooting

Lamps not lighting up

| Make sure all power cables are connected.

Power button is ON.
Make sure LED status is ON
If it is on HI or LOW mode, the lamp has off time, during 24-hour cycle.
Pump has a

buzzing sound

| Pump may make a buzzing sound in the beginning due to air inside the pump. After a minute with

water running through the pump, this sould be reduced.

| Control Box is designed with Auto, HI and LOW modes, which turn the lamps and the pump on and off

periodically. It simulates an outdoor daily cycle to offer the best growing condition

Rotate the ring at the end of the pump clockwise or counterclockwise to get the most suitable water flow

Water Over flows| Make sure it is not clogged at the water flowing gateway on each planting layer

Assembly

Remove all the parts from box and check all the accessories

Assemble GrowWall3

  • L1 12, R1, R2 columns are fixed to Ll planting grooves with column screws. (Fig12.3)
  • 3 12, L3, R2, R3 columns are fixed to L2 grooves with column screws, follow this step until the L5 grooves assembly is completed. (Fig4)
  • Unfasten the L6, R6 column fixed to the beam assembly and connect the previously installed assembly B13. (Fig.5)
  • The side column is assembled with the main line.
  • Put LED light in the center of each layer, slide along the magnets on both sides to adjust the height of LED. Three positioning heights to meet the lighting needs of different grow stages of plant, and also to achieve the purpose of power-saving (Fig6)

Water Line Set Up

  • The upper water pipe is passed through the hole of the L6 column, and the hose passes through the hole from the upper to the lower to the L1 column. (Fig9.10)
  • Insert three maple planks from the side column in turn (the right L 3 maple plank is fixed with the crossbeam part). (Fig8)
  • And a lower water pipe is arranged according to the opening hole of the planting groove. (Fig11)

Electric Line Set Up

Place the motor pack in the water tank and connect the fan power line on the right (Fig13)

Other Installations

  • Place the planting tray corresponding to the position of the lower water pipe at the opening of the planting plate (Fig14)
  • Add 8 gallons (90% full) of water to the water tank (Fig15)
  • Connect the control box to the marked position and connect the mainline. (Fig16.17)
  • 15 Connect the main power supply and start the power on(Fig18)
  • 16 Place the fan pack cable and connect the mainline. (Eia20)

Control Box Mode

  • Most plants can be grown using the AUTO mode.
  • Set up the Wake-automatically turns on every day) and Sleepinglautomatically turns off every day) modes through lighting time setting
  • When Power On, press the hold POWER button until 2 beep sound (About 5 seconds) to reset power on the timeline.
  • When Power Off, press the hold POWER button until 2 beep sound (About 5 seconds) to reset the power of the timeline.
  • Fan follows LEDon /off.
  • Restore factory settings after power failure.
