Product Instructions

The BP0200 – 1000 booster pumps are a 240v, universal range of pumps, designed to boost RO filtration systems used in many applications. They can be tailored to suite  several different types and sizes of RO systems as a ‘bolt-on’ solution.
The 240v motor is fan-cooled and therefore able to run 24/7 without a cool- down period.

Setting Up

Connect the water supply to the RH inlet port of the brass pump, facing the brass pump from the front (See the embossed arrow on the pump casing) Connect the booster hose to the LH outlet connection of the pump. The pump can be switched on and off manually or automatically by using a timer switch. Alternatively, the pump may be controlled automatically by wir-ing a float level switch in the place of the link in the wiring circuit. It is recom- mended that this is done by a qualified electrician

Warning
Being a positive displacement pump, do not allow the pump to be restricted by a dead-end hose connection.
DO NOT allow the pump to run dry – this will cause permanent damage.
