How to Install the Label Tape

1. Long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the label maker.
2. Press the” “button to open the label tape compartment cover of the label maker.
3. Make sure that the label and ribbon are taut across the mouth of the cassette and that the label passes between the label guides.
4. NOTE If necessary, turn the wheel in the direction of the arrow I twice to tighten the carbon tape.
5. Install the label tape as instructed and press firmly, and make sure the extended tape passes through the outlet of the label maker
6. Press the “” button on the label tape compartment cover to close the cover.

Downloading the App

This product must be used with the App. You need to connect the label maker through the Print Master app. In compliance with Google’ s requirement, Android phones must enable GPS (Location Services) before using Bluetooth.

1. Method 1: Use your phone to scan the QR code to install the App.
2. Method 2: Search for “Print Master” in the app store on your phone to download the App.

Connecting the label maker

1. Turn on GPS (Location Services) (Android devices only).
2. Open Print Master.
3. Tap the “Connect now” button to search for your device.
4. Press “Start using”

In compliance with Google’s requirement, Android phones must enable GPS (Location Services) before using Bluetooth. Before connecting to your device in Print Master, please make sure your printer is turned on and your phone’ s Bluetooth is on.

How to Print

1. Press “New ” to start editing
2. After the printing is complete, press the cutter button and take out the label.
3. Remove the backing from the label to expose the adhesive, and then attach the label.

Print Head Maintenance

1. Turn off the label maker
2. Use a cotton bud with a littleethyl alcohol
3. Gently wipe the print head
4. After the alcohol has dried off, turn on the label maker and press the power button twice to print the diagnostic page.

Please do not scratch the print head with any hard object. If the print head is damaged, the label maker will not print properly.
