Precautions for use
Please be sure to comply
In order to avoid possible injury and financial loss to yourself or others,
please pay attention to the following safety precautions.
Prohibited behavior
Don’t operate while driving.
Be sure to stop in a safe place and operate with the parking brake on,
otherwise it may lead to an accident.
Don’t place the car remote control key within 15cm of the product.
Too close distance will affect the vehicle to find the key, and thus affect
the normal work of the car body.
Don’t place magnetic storage media and precision machines In the charging
area during charging.
The magnetic force will cause data such as credit cards and ETC cards to
disappear.
In addition, watches and other sophisticated machines may fail.
Medical device manufacturers recommend that Implanted medical devices be
kept away from wireless devices.
To avoid potential interference with medical devices, follow the instructions
of manufacturers of implantable medical devices, such as pacemakers, implanted
cardioverter defibrillators, cochlear implants, etc.
To avoid accidents when using wireless charger, please observe the following contents:
- Don’t charge in the state of the wireless charger and corresponding device with metal objects (coins, clamps, metal brackets, etc.).
- Don’t charge with a towel covered.
- Don’t contact any liquid directly with the wireless charger, such as pure water or beverage.
- Don’t scrub with oil, alcohol, lubricant or thinner.
Don’t use It In the state of malfunctions or exception.
When an exception occurs(water damage, smoking, sound, Peculiar smell etc.),
stop using it immediately.
Please contact the sales shop, otherwise it may lead to accidents, fire and
electric shock. Unauthorized repair is prohibited.
Attention behavior
- This product supports mobile phones or devices with QI certification. Mobile phones or devices without QI certification may not be able to charge when using this product.
- During or after charging, the charging area and the corresponding equipment will heat up, which is normal.
- If more than one phone or device is placed in the charging area, the wireless charger can only identify and charge one phone or device.
- Don’t give the wireless charger a strong impact force and impact force, otherwise ii may cause functional failure.
- Because the wireless seat charge consumes more power, so when the engine stops operating, please do not use it for a long time, otherwise it may cause battery loss and affect the start of the engine.
- Don’t bring metal accessories (metal mobile phone protective covers) for charging. Metal accessories can cause heat and cause burns.
- Factors affecting the charging timeout: cell phone battery capacity, working environment temperature, the protective case installed on the phone and the location of the phone, etc., will affect the charging timeout. When charging the same brand of mobile phone, the new and old models of mobile phone due to different battery design, resulting in a difference in charging efficiency, which is normal.
- When the working voltage is less than 10V, don’t run at the max load power; otherwise, the battery may be burnt out or the product may be damaged.
Use requirement
When using this product to charge the vehicle should be in ACC ON state, IG ON state or Ignition start state.
- This product has entered the working state.
When using this product to charge, It Is recommended to remove the phone protection case, metal buckle, ate.
- The effective charging distance of this product is less than 4.5mm. If the distance is too large, the charging efficiency will be reduced or even the charging will stop.
Do not place any other Items on the surface of the product when the mobile phone is charging.
- This may result in low charging efficiency or failure to charge.
When charging, the canter part of the back of the phone should be placed as far as possible in the canter marked position of the anti-slip pad.
- The center part of the back of the phone is placed in the center marked position of the product to ensure a better charging experience.
Instruction
When the vehicle is in ACC ON state, IG ON state or Ignition start state, the product will enter the working state.
1. Place the center of the back of the phone on the Qi mark in the center of the non-slip mat.
2. After placing, you can start charging.

Metal Foreign Body Detection under Charging Condition (FOD)
- When the mobile phone is charging, if there is a metal foreign body between the mobile phone and the wireless charger, the wireless charger will stop charging.
- After removing the metal foreign body between the phone and the wireless charger, the phone can be restored to normal by replacing the phone.
Over temperature protection
This product has over-temperature protection function, protect the product will not cause damage due to too high temperature;
When an internal sensor detects a temperature above 60 ° C, the product stops charging.
Overvoltage / Under voltage Protection
This product has the function of over-voltage/under-voltage protection,
protection products will not be damaged due to the input of too high or too
low voltage.
Over current protection
This product has the over-current protection function, the protection product
will not cause damage because of the input too high current.
When the input current is too high, the product stops charging.
Troubleshooting
Your phone cannot be charged. Try the following methods. If you still can’t charge, please discuss with the special shop.
