SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the enclosed safety warnings, the additional safety warnings and the instructions. Failure to follow the safety warnings and the instructions may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury. Save the safety warnings and the instructions for future reference.
The following symbols are used in the user manual or on the product:
- Read the user manual.
- Denotes risk of personal injury, loss of life or damage to the tool in case of non observance of the instructions in this manual.
- Maximum permissible load 130 kg (30kg pegboard, 70kg work surface, 30kg drawer). Do not exceed the maximum permissible load.
- Use the workbench on flat and level ground.
- Support long workpieces, for example with another workbench.
- Do not stand on top or use as ladder.
SPECIFIC SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Make sure that all screws, nuts and bolts are fitted and securely tightened.
- The plastic feet should be fitted to the ends of the legs to protect against slipping.
- Locate bench in a suitable work area. Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the work area.
- This unit should be securely anchored to a wall or floor with suitable fasteners, which are not included.
- Keep the work area clean, and uncluttered and ensure there is adequate lighting.
- Do not use the workbench as seating, as a step stool, step ladder or other stand aid.
- Do not exceed rated load capacity: total 130kg (30kg pegboard, 70kg work surface, 30kg drawer).
- Heavy loads must be placed down carefully onto the workbench.
- Distribute weight evenly across the worktop. Do not apply an unbalanced load that could cause the unit to tip over.
- Support long work pieces, for example with another workbench.
- Only set up on solid, level surfaces.
- All four legs must be in contact with the ground,use shims if necessary.
- Be sure the workpiece is properly secured whilst working.
- Only push down with your hands to stabilize the worktop.
- Do not brace table with your feet.
- Do not undertake work on the bench without the workpiece being adequately secured. Use clamps or a vice (not included) to secure the workpiece.
- Do not expose to rain or use in damp locations.
- Do not use the bench outdoors.
- Save these instructions. Refer to them frequently and use them to instruct others who may use this accessory. If you loan someone this accessory, loan them these instructions also to prevent misuse of the product and possible injury.

Intended use
This product is designed and intended for domestic use, for general purpose
workbench use in home and garden environments and for hobby purposes. This
workbench is not developed for professional use. The Workbench must be
handled, cared for and maintained in accordance with these instructions. Any
other use is deemed improper and may result in damage to property or personal
injury.

ASSEMBLY
CAUTION
Study each figure and identify the components required with reference to the
contents table above.
Note: A rubber mallet may be used on the beams and braces to seat the parts properly. A hammer can also be used, providing one uses a cloth or a block of wood between the hammer head and the parts to prevent damage. Tap gently and be sure the parts are straight and fully engaged.

Mount the legs to the pegboard supports by using bolts and nuts. -

MAINTENANCE
CAUTION
The workbench is designed to function faultlessly for a long period and with a
minimum of maintenance. Extend its lifespan by regularly cleaning the machine
and treating it correctly.
Cleaning
Regularly clean the workbench, preferably after each use. Clean with a
suitable proprietary household cleaner and a soft dry cloth. Do not submerge
your workbench in water or any liquid for any reason. Do not use solvents
(petrol, alcohol, ammonia, etc.) as they will damage the plastic parts.
Maintenance
Never use a damaged or broken clamping workbench. Temporary repairs are not
permitted. Check the plastic feet of the workbench before and after use of the
workbench. Do not use the workbench without the plastic feet or when the
plastic feet are worn. Always maintain a visual control of the workbench
before and after use of the workbench.
Repairs and maintenance shall be carried out by a competent person with
suitable replacement parts. Unapproved third party spares are not recommended
and will void your warranty.
WARRANTY
VONROC products are developed to the highest quality standards and are
guaranteed free of defects in both materials and workmanship for the period
lawfully stipulated starting from the date of original purchase. Should the
product develop any failure during this period due to defective material
and/or workmanship then contact VONROC directly.
The following circumstances are excluded from this guarantee:
- Repairs and or alterations have been made or attempted to the machine by unauthorized service centers;
- Normal wear and tear;
- The tool has been abused, misused or improperly maintained;
- Non-original spare parts have been used.
This constitutes the sole warranty made by compa-ny either expressed or
implied. There are no other warranties expressed or implied which extend
beyond the face hereof, herein, including the implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall VONROC
be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. The dealers remedies
shall be limited to repair or replacement of nonconforming units or parts.
