The mirror dash cam only records the front camera image/Can’t find the rear camera video.
A: Pls touch the “R” and “F” to check the rear camera and front camera Video. “R represents the rearview camera, F for the front camera. -
Why my rearview camera image is upside down?/How to flip the rear camera image after installing the car or the RV?
A2: You can upside down the image by TURNING ON/OFF the “Upside Down of Rear Camera” without re-install -
: Why the rear camera is left and right reversed?
A3: It is caused by the mirror dash cam effect, you can adjust it inthe setting, find’Rear Cam Mirror lImage”to fix it (TURN ON/OFF). -
Why my rear camera cant be detected?
A4:Pls check the AV connector and 4 pin connector first, the AV&4 pin connector may loose, you can tight it and re-connect. After that, pls check whether the problem still exist, it yes, it may be caused by the rearview camera cable or the rearview camera. Largely. it can be solved by a new rear view camera cable. If you have an extra extensIon rearview camera cable, pls connect the un-used rearview camera cable and check whether the problem still exist, if yes, it might caused by the rear view camera. After Contirmed the problem, we’ll send related accessory to you. -
Why the rear camera didn’t work?
A5: This problem might be caused by the rearview camera cable or the rearview camera. Largely. it can be solved by a new rear view camera cable. Or if you have an extra extension rear view camera cable, pls check as A4 step 2. We’ll send related accessories for you after confirmation. -
Why the rear camera glares at night/ why the license plate cannot be seen clearly?
A6: If this happened at a short distance(no longer than 2.5m), we have a WDR camera to improve it, can send one for you if you give us your address”. If these Questions happened at a long distance, this is because the distance is set at 2.5 meters after many measurements of the camera effects. -
Why my mirror dash cam turn off repeatedly/The mirror dash cam cant stay turned on.
AT: Pls check whether you have turn off the “power off” in the setting first, if not, the mirror dash cam wIll furn oft in Imin. Second, pls check whether have you set the “screen saver options in the setting at’Display Off”, if yes, pls change the setting according to the below-detailed explanation.- Mode 1-0FF: The mirror wont turn dark, keep light if you don’t turn off it
- Mode 2-Display off: The mirror will turn in dark in Imin.
- Mode 3-Low brightness: The screen still light but will be darker.
- Mode 4-Time and Date: The mirror will turn in dark only shows time and date on it.

Why my screen freezes?
Al: It might be caused by the screen failure or a short circuit, could you pls kindly help us do below check what the problem isS:
PLS confirm whether you’re using the original accessories first. lf not, pls use the original accessory and check the problem.Pull out GPS&SD Card&Rear Camera then long press the reset button on the back of the dashcam then connect the car charger to check whether t can work as norma lf yes, it may be the problemWith a certain accessory. If not, it might caused by the dashcam or car charger. Jse a toothpick to long-press the R=Reset” 2-1 a certain accessory problem Connect the other accessories one by one and check as former. If there is a problem after connected to a certain accessory, pls tell us, that might be the problem. 2-2 dashcam or car charger problem Pls use a mini usb cable(if you have) to connect the dashcam and check whether the dashcam can work welL. If normal, it may coused by the broken car charger cable.lf still don’t work., pls tell us for further help. -

Pull out the GPS&sD Card&Rear Camera and then connect the car charger to check whether the mirror dash cam can work well.
- If normal, then connect the other accessories one by one and check as former. If there is a problem after connecting to a certain accessory, pls tell us, that might be the problem.

The rearview cable isnt long enough for my car.
Al: The original rearview cable is 20 ft, if not long enough, we have 50 ft rearview cable{ASIN: B0814ZHHST) sold separately or you can tell us your address to get one. -
The mirror dash cam is too big/small for the original rear he middle of the strap. view mirror.
A2: If the mirror dash cam is too big. you can use the middle of the strap to fix it. If the mirror dash cam is too small for your original mirror dash cam, we have long straps(ASIN: B09NBCQacc) to help you fiX it, The effect of using the middle of the strap -
I want to center the mirror dash cam/l want a mirror dash cam with three cameras/Can I have a in-car camera?
A3: If you want to center the mirror dash cam, our new model
(ASIN: B09LOS89GL) Can achieves it. For this model has a separate
front camera. If you want a mirror dash cam with three cameras/
or want an in-car camera., you can check (ASIN: B09GTW3SH).
Hardwire Kit Questions
a1: How to connect the hardwire kit. Pls connect the yellow cable to BATT/B+, red cable to ACC, black cable to GND. -
04: The reversing line didnt appear when lIm reversing.
: Pls check whether the “Show reversing line”in the setting had turned on. If yes, pls check whether the red wire is right connected to the positive pole of the reversing light. The checking method as below Step on the brakes, put the R gear, there is voltage. Hang the D gear, there is no voltage, then that’s the positive of the reversing light. If still don’t work, pls CONTACT us for further help”.* -
Q5: The reversing assist line was always on the screen, even though I was out of reversing mode.
A5: You can pull out the rear view camera cable to see if it can
Work normally. If the reversing line disappeared, the problem may
be with the rearview camera cable. If still exist, the problem might
be with the mirror dashcam. Pls tell us for further help. -
a6: Cant estimate the distance when reversing/The image is zoomed when reversing.
A6: G840S is a streaming media dashcam. In order to get better vision, the image has been enlarged by 1.5 times. And this function was designed to use as an assist of reversing.
