GET STARTED
Thank you for purchasing the Pulsar® ECF Electric Cone Filler. In order to ensure safe use, please read all instructions and safety warnings before operating. Failure to do so may result in injury and may void your warranty
CHARGING THE DEVICE:
IMPORTANT: You will need to fully charge your Pulsar ECF prior to use. Allow
approximately 3 hours for the first full charge. NEVER charge the device for
more than 24 hours. Allow approximately 1.5 hours for additional recharges.
A USB AC wall adapter is required for charging the device. Plug the included
micro USB cable into the wall adapter and the Pulsar ECF. Do not let the unit
dangle from the cord. This puts pressure on the charger plug which can result
in the unit not charging fully. It is also recommended to NEVER charge the
device from an automobile power source or laptop.
Failure to follow warnings contained within this manual can result in property
damage or personal injury and may void the warranty. The LED on the bottom
will show a charging connection is made by turning red until fully charged.
The indicator will change to solid green when completely charged.
As the battery level goes down the light on the bottom will change from Green
(full battery), to Yellow (medium battery), then red (low battery). If the
light is flashing red that means the battery is dead and needs to be charged.
HOW TO LOAD
The following applies to both the funnel jar and storage jar, but for filling
the cone, start with the funnel jar.
Remove large stems from the dry herb and place in the funnel jar with the
stopper in place, fill the funnel jar so the blades are not pressing down
against the dry herb.
Attach the funnel jar to the grinder. To avoid spilling keep the jar opening
upright until secure.
HOW TO OPERATE
With the funnel jar attached to the grinder, turn the unit on by pressing the button rapidly 5 times.
NOTE: The grinder will not operate without a jar attached. Holding the unit with the funnel jar attached upside down and the stopper in place, press and hold the button to start grinding. Once the grinder has started, turn the grinder upright (while continuing to hold the button in) and gently shake the grinder until it reaches an even grind. You can also press the button twice to activate the auto mode. The grinder will operate for one minute or until the button is pressed again.
NOTE: If the grinder does not start immediately the jar is overfilled, either remove the silicone plug and use the included stir tool to dislodge the material or detach the jar, and remove some contents. Once the material has been ground evenly it can stick under the grinder blades, take the stir tool and stir the ground material so that it can flow easily into the cone. Now load a cone into the cone sheath so that it is well seated in the tube. Remove the silicone plug from the top of the funnel jar and attach the cone sheath by pressing it on. Now simply turn the grinder over and gently shake the grinder so the ground material falls into the cone. When the cone fills up, remove the cone sheath from the funnel jar.
While holding the cone sheath, tap the cone filter on a surface repeatedly to evenly pack the cone. After it is packed you will be able to repeat the process to fill the cone all the way or leave it alone for a smaller cone. Use the flat end of the stir tool to finish tamping the top of the cone before twisting it shut. To turn off the grinder press the button 5 times rapidly. The lights will flash red to indicate it is turning off.
HOW TO USE ACCESSORIES
Storage/Grinder Jar – Use this to store dry herb for on-the-go use or as
a standard grinder jar to hold ground dry herb.
Pulsar Cone Stand – Holds up to four cones for easy access.
Pulsar Cone Tubes – Used to hold filled or unfilled cones.
PRO TIPS:
Stirring the ground material after grinding or if it has been sitting for a
while makes it much easier to dispense. You can also load the grinder by
removing the silicone plug and putting the dry herb in after removing the
stems.

Make sure the Pulsar ECF is off before starting to clean the device. Use the
included brush to clean off any lingering material and use an alcohol wipe to
remove any further build up. Let the unit air dry before using again.
Do not use cleaning solutions or other chemicals when cleaning the device.
Doing so will result in undesirable tastes or smells and can cause potential

It is recommended to clean the unit regularly to avoid excessive build-up,
